They're go : Am not mental dude...., but if you ask them about gangnam style they'll know what it is ). Apart from that, I think the most internationally recognized groups are : BTS , Super Junior and BigBang and girl's generation In arab countries Super Junior's MR. Simple is always played on TV ( until now ) , and even when people don't know them by names, I feel like they're indirectly referring to them when you ask them about what they think about K-pop ( you know, those stereotype image about how K-pop groups have so many members, they dance etc ) , same goes for girl's generation . BigBang have many hits that kept on played on repeat in many radio stations and TV channels for so long , basically fantastic baby and bang bang. BTS are trendy now, many K-pop fans discovered K-pop through BTS ( Blood Sweat and tears was played by many big youtube channels , many youtubers reacted to it to the point that people who were not interested in K-pop were like : Who are they? and they checked them out. But in my own country there is also GOT7 , but people know Jackson more than the group as a whole, because he's entertaining.I'm speaking about the category of people around 18-21 years olds.
