I used to do Tai chi, but it was for health purposes. 

 

Was it stress relief? I heard that it's quite good for that...

 

 

I was Purple/Brown Belt in Shotokan Karate. 

 

 

Whoa... You're my Senpai then! :O

 

Tae Kwon Do, black belt but I haven't done it in a while

 

also a little hapkido

 

And you're my sunbaenim! XD

I was taking it as a college class and the teacher decided to focus on the health aspect.

 

Ah I see...

 

I tried Chen taichi, not that easy kind you find your grandparents doing. Hard!

 

I've never heard of Chen Taichi, but I do know of a very intensive form of Tai Chi that is very taxing on physical energy... Is that what it's called?

I decided to pursue studying Tai chi more when I was done with the class, but I started not having enough time. 

 

 

Yes. Chen Style is the most physically straining of the five major styles.

Yes..... Chen Taichi ,陈æ°å¤ªæžï¼Œis the hardest as they were written for defensive and offensive martial art. From my ex teacher, it got six book. Only first two book survived and remain being used as international competition. The next 4 books were written with a lot of offensive movement but lost.
