When I say innocence I DO NOT mean someone that just has an innocent appearance. Looking young/ dressing youthfully does not equal innocence. Honestly innocence is a huge turn off for me. I'm not very innocent to the ways of the world, so I feel like someone that is might seem too different. I mean it'd be interesting to know someone really innocent and naive, but I would go out of my way to avoid dating someone naive simply because 1. I wouldn't want to accidentally do something to cause them to become bitter 2. It'd be stressful hearing about bad situations they are getting in because I'd be worried they'd be too trusting of a bad person. 3. I usually don't like smartass innocent people who shove morals down my throat it's a complete turn off. But when they're just a bit naive , stupid and carefree , they make me feel happy for some reason, but it's tiring to have them as partners because it feels like you're losing brain cells day after day lol . I usually prefer people with deep thoughts , those who've been through a lot of struggle or just people with wild minds and playful personality and have a rather philosophical/fucked up approach of the world ... I'm very interested in psychology and those people usually intrigue me more than the others. PS: not all virgins are innocent you jerk .... Suzy Quatro 1,441 Posted May 10, 2017 Share Posted May 10, 2017 Sometimes I find it cute and/or appealing but being innocent I associate more to being 'pure' into how you think and acting according to those ideals; and at the very least is something I respect a lot since it's not very common. I also get mad when people makes fun of someone like this just because despite being seen as naive or stupid is more of a thing where they have a way of thinking that not all the time fits with what is already established as the standard. So to me one thing is being pure and having a 'virgin' mind and other being just too sensitive or a stupid lol.
