I was usually that kid that goes for new kids in the school at the break. I don't like to the the new kids lonely.

So I've became close with some of them.

Otherwise I've meet my friends in class.

In uni I've started my first years with a high school friend, then we became friend with two girls that came from another town because on the first class we needed to do a group work, group of 4. We got close to one of them but the other didn't wanted to stay with us, guess she didn't felt like being our friend lol. Then we stayed together and met other people.

For most of my friend, either they're classmates, either I met them because they're the friend of a friend.

Hahaha it must be a thing for introverts like us laugh.png

Maybe you can try talking to your co-workers or people whom you sit beside in class (if you continue your studies), but the success rate really varies depending on whether you can click with them based on my personal experience. If not, maybe you can try joining some clubs or activities they have near your estate. Having common hobbies really helps you to bond with other people. Good luck!!

join some community in your area

if you like yoga join yoga class or you can learn something new like language usually language classes require few people in the group

from there if you have some interest with this group of people i think it will be easier to start conversation that will eventually lead to friendship
