So you should to be both talented and visually appealing to be the center. Of course, this isn't the norm, but it is how it would be in a perfect world. Also, "these days, infinite members takes turns being the center". Can someone please tell me when Sungyeol has had the center position? I can't remember/don't know when that was/if it has happened. I'm sure they're talking about Twice Nayeon, there's no Nayeon in SM just that the commenter said they knew more SM idols. Idk abt Red Velvet because all of them are visual and 2 members mostly got equal part in the center...sometimes I see Seulgi in the center and sometimes I see Irene in the center ,vice versa Yes but only for perfomances, Irene is the center all the other times. If you watch The Eye or Bad, or Last Romeo or even Back, every member comes up to the front, takes a position in the center, sings/dance break etc. Sungyeol's most iconic center position was in The Chaser. His catwalk down to the front. That's as far as Infinite 'center positions' get. B/c no one stays in their position for long; someone else takes the center afterwards. Watch this and you'll know what I mean (like Dongwoo as the center at the beginning of the song, Sungjong at the center after the halfway point, Sungyeol at the head of the triangle formation right afterwards....)
