Bosnia_HyunaLover <3 10,170
I read some articles that said there will be an election deciding about it etc? So when is this election? I am moving to Germany this summer and I will most probably stay there for a long time and if same sex marriage gets legalised I would be so freaking slayed and happy Anyone has some more info about that? Thanks!

Azero 877
Didn't hear about it, we have an election but same sex marriage is not a main/popular topic in the campaigns. But I guess if the SPD gets a good result the maybe? It's about time.
Neoui Oppa 1,461
I'm surprised that Italy legalized gay marriage before Germany. Actually I'm surprised that Germany wasn't one of the first countries to legalize it.

doki-doki 21,660
Civil Partnerships exist which give rights and obligations in areas such as inheritance, alimony, health insurance, immigration, hospital, jail visitations, name change and same-sex couples adoption rights but Marriage is yet to become legal here, I hope it is soon.
