Are you a full-time stressed out mess like me?

Seriously, stress combined with sleep apnea literally almost killed me in December 2015 but now I've decided to work on managing the stress. ( I could die if I don't, great motivator). Anyway, I just wanted to recommend an app called Timeless (nothing in it for me, just paying it forward, my Psychologist recommended it to me). It's a meditation app that I just started and it does keep your mind busy, plus, I've always wanted to learn how to meditate but, in the past, I couldn't slow my mind down. So, give it a try, it might help.

I'll try it.....my work give me so much stress too since last year.

Work used to be the major source of my stress. I left after I got sick. Try the meditation and therapy if you're able to.

Well, I do know how to meditate, but I don't do it. Coz I'm always thinking about the things that are left to be done and think that I can't spend time for this on top of that pile. I'm losing hair a lot :(((   (I used to have hair that salon staff used to compliment)

Try that app if you can, it guides you through the process. I couldn't have done it on my own cause my mind never stops too.

Sorry for riding on this thread lol but...

Something else that helps me (both with relieving anxiety and with insomnia) for those who aren't very good with meditation, youtube some ASMR videos!

It sooort of relates to meditation in that you can choose to listen or both watch and listen to videos with headphones and it's supposed to stimulate the autonomic sensory receptors. There's all types of stimulation - whispering, white noise like raindrops, eating sounds (LOL), role play etc.

When I feel overwhelmed I play a video and sit there and watch until I feel a bit better :)

If you guys want some suggestions, some of my favorites are Dana ASMR, PPOMO, Latte ASMR, Babzi ASMR, and Fast ASMR!
