Jeffrey Jung 19,680
Justin Bieber's longtime mentor Usher isn't oblivious to the 19-year-old's recent press-grabbing antics. But on Wednesday's Ellen DeGeneres Show, Usher explained why he's concerned—yet optimistic—about the Biebs' future. Ellen first broached the topic of Justin with The Voice coach by saying, "He seems to be, um…He's young." And Usher immediately got what she meant. "Key word, you started with young," the 34-year-old father of two said. "And I think all of us in some way have humble beginnings that pan out to be incredible, and we hope that in his transition, as friends and family who has helped him be who he is, that he'll continue to just mature. "But you know, in this day and age of social media, there is no privacy, and that kind of trial and elimination period is kind of done in front of a camera...Many other celebrities are products of it, and some come out bad and some come out good." "I am hoping for the best," he continued. "I don't look at as a negative, though. I look at it as a teenager—a teenager having to live his life in front of a camera." And fortunately for young J.B., Usher's always got his back. "We talk as much as possible," he said. "I mean, me and Scooter [Braun], we stay in contact. Obviously when I can be of help I do so—reach out and stay connected." Aw. It's a good thing Justin has role models like Scooter and Usher who want nothing more than to see him succeed. http://www.eonline.com/news/423816/usher-muses-on-justin-bieber-s-mishaps-to-ellen-i-m-hoping-for-the-best?cmpid=sn-050313-twitter-na-enews Talking to his manager won't solve the problems dude we all know Scooter Braun is more concerned about his male artists snubbed out of Grammy Awards (that's the only thing he cares in showbiz) while only Carly Rae Jepsen got nominated in more than one categories
Sana Muñequita Linda 2,566
Ah, Usher, you're great, but I think you've got the wrong man... Bieber seriously needs to sit and reflect about what has been doing this time. Bon Jovi already told his point of view.

Usher is a nice guy, tbh usher was once that cocky teenager when started off, so he pretty much unserstands JB. Though like he said social media is bigger then it was back then. Jezebel 312
He said his next album will be more like his old self so please anticipate! I love Usher. I've been anticipating ever since I first saw the beauty of Usher and Adam Levine melded in one television program. "Climax" was sooo good, and if his vocal performances stay that amazing and he moves away from stuff like "Scream" and "OMG" or if he even just keeps his dance tracks as high quality as "DJ Got Us Falling In Love Again," then I will definitely be buying. Skibop!! 8,585
in this day and age of social media, there is no privacy Bullshit. If he wanted privacy, he can restrict himself on social media. delete his twitter or let his label run it. You don't hear of Beyonce having these problems. Why? Because she doesn't tweet.
