Namie Amuro, Koda Kumi, Ayumi Hamasaki, and Crystal Kay. Pretty much all of my old faves that got me into J-Pop.

I can still appreciate their older gems, but after a certain point their music either got significantly worse or stopped appealing to me.

Utada might be next because Fantôme was not the tea at all.

Honestly I prefer it when I lose interest in stuff simply because of a decrease in artistic quality/taste matching/for the sake of it than losing interest because unrealistic expectations, or in general, paying attention to the Internet too much for my own good. Or simply I never truly enjoyed said acts I lost interest in to the degree of it making me immune to any negativity.

Guess the "being a big fan of Jpop acts outside the music realm" thing was never meant for me since the start...

Too many but the most significant I can name recently is Miliyah Kayo.
