Hi all, my apologies for not clarifying my questions.

There are some Caucasian friends of mine who want to establish music and movie deals with established popular Japanese media stars who are actresses, actors, musicians, singers or any other mainstream media celebrities who have a Native Fluency in both English and Japanese languages.

Someone like Mayuko Kitagawa comes to mind who are born and bred in New York, USA but my Caucasian friends need to find more Native English-Speaking Japanese celebrities to work with them.

All my Caucasian friends are multi-billionaires and more. So Please Help Me Out Here. Thanks.

Most Japanese singers/actors/etc already have record deals or are signed to an agent. Your friends will need to go directly to them for any business enquires. If they manage to do that successfully, language shouldn't even be a concern anyway.

Hi choi, thanks for replying. My friends have told me they are going to approach Mayuko's agencies, Avex and Sony Music tomorrow. Cos I am new to Japan and my friends are new to Japan as well.

Do you think it is a guarantee that huge international music companies like Avex and Sony Music have english sales or english PR or english marketing personnel?

Thanks.

Hello, thanks for your replies.

Do you know of any heavy-weight, super popular Japanese celebrities like ayumi hamasaki or namie amuro's levels of popularities who can speak English in the native fluency?

Cheers.

Try Amuse inc. They are one of the biggest talent agency in Japan, and they are the most international friendly (Babymetal, One Ok Rock, Perfume, etc.)

Thank you for your reply. Why would you say Amuse Inc is most international friendly.

Is it because their talents sing or act in English more than any other Talent agencies?

I am not that knowledgeable about J-Pop or Japanese media.

Others have already said Amuse but i will re-iterate that and say that they also have done TV and film projects in the West and have more in the works like for example the BABYMETAL animated series.

They also have lots of talent fluent in English and holding auditions to find more.

I feel like you're trolling, but I'll entertain you. Other's have said Amuse already and their artists under its company. There's also Yamapi, Akanishi Jin, Keito Okamoto from Johnny's Entertainment.

There's Dean Fujioka, Takeshi Kaneshiro, Osamu Mukai, Kei Hosogai, Jun Hasegawa, Yuya Yamashita, Yuri Furukawa (MC of Mischievous Kiss Japan Version), Mackenyu

There's also Blasians in Exile's company LDH. Names are Mendy Sakaguchi, Ely and Likiya(brothers), and Nesmith.

But its better if I just give you a video. And you'll just pick the ones you want to work with. The names of the people are in the description.

Utada Hikaru. She is Japanese-American and born/raised in New York.

(I'm surprised you don't know her considering she's super popular and has sung for the Kingdom Hearts video games)

Hello All, Thank you all for all your replies.

It was an exhausting day for me and my billionaire buddies today.

We wanted to rent cars but the traffic was too heavy and we couldn't find any car rental agents who can rent cars to us who speak english anyway so we have to slog by foot to visit various agencies in Tokyo.

We visited Amuse and to our great disappointments, the so-called most international-friendly musician agencies said that they have no English-Speaking staff who can do sales business with us.

We originally wanted to hire interpreters but no Japanese-English interpreters are around for us to be hired.

We had many premonitions and intuitions and hunches and rumours that the Japanese music industries are not keen on expanding their music industries overseas.

Otherwise, wouldn't they have English-speaking sales staff on call?

Maybe the Japanese music industries are much more xenophobic than the Korean music industries which explain why K-Pop has outshined J-Pop in the international arena for the last 10 years or so?

Just a disappointing, tiring day.

What a troll :imstupid:

Deluded K-pop fans, as always.

Anyway, everyone knows that people don't even have to go to Japan to find Amuse. they have branches in USA and europe

http://www.amusegroupusa.com

and they have fucking contract with Warner Bros, they don't need your "millionaire buddy" lol

https://www.warnerbros.com/studio/news/brc-baby-metal

All their international artists are MUCH BIGGER than any kpop group in US/europe.

for example One Ok Rock is now under big american label, FBR (with artist such as Twenty One Pilots, Panic! at The Disco, Paramore, All Time Low, etc.)

And Babymetal, simply the biggest Asian group overseas right now

and that's just ONE agency, while KPOP is still unheard and obscure outside asia. well except that weird fat guy singing Gangnam Style lol
