DSP did the right thing!

Girl is multitalented and handles questions at shows and inteviews with wit and coolness. She's always helping her members (especially J.seph who'd be lost without her) and I love how she just can't take the boys' shit  I read somewhere that the KARD members said she's the most mature althought she's the maknae.  Imo she's also super pretty and completly adorable.

Click spoiler if you want to be blessed with Jeon Jiwoo :lub:

Singing:

A bit of Blood Sweat & Tears by BTS,

 by FinKL with the others

Rapping:

Whole performance.

Dancing:

-we have yet to see something that showcase her talent better but these will do for now-

Dancing to

(the girl with ombre, see the left side, she's the girl in the middle)

This is why it's unfair to diss DSP, because even if they suck in PR and publicity, they know how to pick great visuals and talent, and their songs are often above par.

They know the strengths and weaknesses of their artists and aside from the 2011 KARA dispute, you never hear their artists complain about not getting paid or not getting fed and stuff. They also never get into major scandals.

Their groups are also some of the most solid friendships. Just recently Seungyeon and Youngji went out together. Youngji is still with DSP, if she was with some other agency they might have asked her to delete their photos.

KARD is a sign that DSP is starting to listen to fans.

They've had problems since Sechs Kies

Mte

They take 2 steps in the right and 4 steps in the wrong with every group they debuted....every single group

Kara was literally the only group that could claw out that mess for an era or two before being sucked right into the mess and bad promo

I'm not saying DSP is a perfect agency, what I'm saying is that they learn from their mistakes. After their first-generation artists had issues with treatment, KARA and Rainbow got better treatment.

After the 2011 KARA lawsuit issue, their artists never complained about money, not getting paid, etc., and DSP has a 50-50 income sharing with their artists, something that agencies rarely offer (and Rainbow had pretty regular gigs, while A-Jax, even if not that popular, still perform here and there). After April did not meet their target upon debut and since the market for rookie girl groups is already saturated, they tried the Blue Ocean strategy and went fishing on rarely-ventured waters, which is the co-ed group. When they became aware that KARD has a big international following, they started catering to international fans. As far as I know, Wonder Girls and KARD are the only K-Pop groups which released English versions of their songs.

Again, it's easy to diss agencies because they are an ambiguous entity which manages your bias groups and often not in the way you want them. It's like hating your girlfriend's parents for not letting her go out with you as often as you want, but hey, they're just after her welfare. If you are a selfish boyfriend, you will get angry at your girlfriend's parents. If you are understanding, you will consider what they feel about their child. It's easy to say "SM/YG/JYP/MBK/DSP/etc. sucks" but once you set up your own business or become a parent, you'll realize what it's really like.

Agencies invest a lot of money and time on artists, the least they want for them is to fail. Disciplinarian parents produce overly obedient or rebellious kids, very lax parents produce very independent or apathetic kids, spoiling parents produce misers or spendthrifts. You can never easily predict how a child will turn out to be, just as agencies cannot predict the success or failure of their artists.  Until you become a parent yourself, you won't easily understand why agencies do the things they do.

There are actually a lot of groups that have released english versions.

So much that i'll just list the groups and not the songs. There's wonder girls, girls' generation, big bang, cnblue, 2NE1, JYJ and RAINA (also possibly more)
