Why Korean use Internet Explorer ??

when i see korean use internet either idols or ordinary people, they use freakin Internet Explorer, only Gamers who use modern browser like Chrome and Firefox.

It's like a few years back everyone here used IE too. It's just because they don't know better I think? (I don't mean to sound harsh, they just use computers less than us. I remember watching that one RUnning Man episode where one of the members didn't know how to insert a USB o.o)

i still use IE. i use IE, firefox, and chrome all the time

no matter how much people there is a difference, i dont experience any difference

all browsers are the same to me

so when i have a lot of tabs open and i don't want to lose something, i open IE also

then i can stay signed into multiple sites bc i'm not using the same cookies

I didn't know people still used it until I watched a video of a foreigner in Korea a while back.  Apparently people still use it because of laws made back in the 90s that only let you use banking online with internet explorer.

I do use Internet explorer because I can't download Google, so I had to use Internet explorer and the Microsoft one.

idols are using a company computer and enterprise use windows and internet explorer mostly, that's worlwide, it's not a SK thing. IE is basically the easiest browser for IT to deploy and manage.

Korea has the fastest internet in the world and is known as one of the most wired countries in the world...I highly doubt they don't use computer a lot

No I think it's still Korea !? (Hong kong's internet connection is extremely fast too)
