I mean, ao3 is not necessarily representative of the overall volume of english-language kpop fic. There's... asianfanfics. The self-selecting demographic that chooses to publish on aff is generally worse at writing than the demographic that chooses to publish on ao3, but there are probably a lot more of them. ethereal 20,923 Posted April 13, 2017 Share Posted April 13, 2017 i like fanfics. there are some really talented fic writers on AO3, actually. the yoonmin relationship dynamic itself rather than the actual ship is what seems to be pretty popular. i mean, i know tons of writers who write certain ships just because the dynamic suits their story idea and they don't like writing people out of character..
