Rich white people enslave black people but why we are the one who are blamed ?

They are the one who responsible for slavery , former England QUeen, Arab King, US president and conglomerate (especially from Republican party).

 

but why we asking white ordinary people to take the blame for this ?

People should only blame the people who were involved tbh. Asking people two generations later or some dude who owned a farm near a plantation to apologize is a bit much. As long as they don't retain beliefs it would be fine.

 

But lots of people get blamed because there is still so much clear inequality in countries that have minorities, different races, different skin tones, different languages, and different beliefs.

It's not just rich people, but there were some ordinary white people had black slaves as well. About one third of the population had one or two slaves who worked with them in the fields. The other two thirds were seen as lower citizens for not having slaves. Of course, I don't believe that the generations after have to apologise for the sins of the older generations, but they should be aware that the inequality that began then and perpetuates today are worth apologising for. Less the act of slavery, but the mindset that one human being is better than another by sheer merit of skin color is what one should feel apologetic for.

 

The fact remains that so many whites retain a sense of priviledge and entitlement, and do view, in some subconscious way, that POCs are inferior to them. It's a big problem now, and if you can stand to watch it happen, then you are helping to perpetuate that. If you aren't part of the solution, you are part of the problem.
