I'm sure the final line-up would've been completely different if international fans didn't have the ability to do so. Luckily this season isn't allowing it. If her duet partner wasn't Eric Nam but a popular idol the song would probably chart better - not to mention that it was up against Twice, RV, BTS and then Taeyeon. You can google for the full list but Somi was fairly low down on the list. Sejeong was surprisingly the female idol with the highest votes. It's not like Eric's song did well normally , most of his collab fall out of the chart very quick except maybe the collab with Wendy. She trends on naver everyday, her video get millions view, she gains more fansite , gets more photoshoots and cf, appears in many variety shows and collecting money . And she still doesn't have a girlgroup I don't know about this gaon voting, i follow all of her fansites and checking all the website and saw none of her fans share or care about this voting at all . Instead of that they were busy donating money to give her all the expensive gifts and did many projects to congrats her birthday and her graduation.
