It will be on April 16th. 

But not a single teaser came out of JTG.

Not even date was officially announced yet (just written into fancafe schedule)... Today its D-9.

Nah. They keep updating schedule and its still there at April 16th. And they did mess like this with My First Love too when they released firt teaser after first performance of the song......
