When asking who is their 'Role Model' while interviewing a new group
or solo singer, there's always one person who comes back as an answer.
Especially, the new teams' main vocalists. When mentioned about SNSD's
Taeyeon
as their idol, their eyes are sparkling.

Entering her 11th year after debuted in 2007, SNSD's main vocalist Taeyeon
entered SM Entertainment after she won 8th SM Youth Competition
"Singing Jjang"
in 2004. At the age of 15, Taeyeon featured in 'You Bring Me Joy'
of The One's 2nd album who was also her vocal trainer.

After 3 years of training, Taeyeon made her spectacular debut with "Into The New World",
"Kissing You", "Gee", "Tell Me Your Wish", "Oh!", "Run Devil Run", "I Got A Boy", "Lion Heart"
and many SNSD hit songs, led the girl group.

SNSD's Taeyeon solo was highlighted in 2008 when she sang OST "If" for KBS2 drama 
"Hong Gil Dong"
. The song "If" was more popular than the drama, has topped female songs 
in karaoke and topped the popular charts for years. Taeyeon expressed her affection for 
the song, saying, " After debut, it was my first time singing song that I've thought of."

 

After "If", Taeyeon sang OST for MBC drama "Beethoven Virus", "Can You Hear Me" has 

received another attention. Taeyeon expresses a sad and emotional song and melody, 
and becomes a perfect solo vocalist in her first year of debut.

Taeyeon, who was mostly active singing for drama OSTs, released her solo album 'I
8 years of her debut album in 2015. Featuring Verbal Jint in her title song "I", 'All-Kill' in
8 charts, "UR", "Gemini", "Stress", "Farewell" has been well-received by the public, record
regardless. Taeyeon's strong presence at year-end awards ceremony with her first solo 
album, won a Best Female Singer.

Later, Taeyeon became the first runner of SM's Station with "Rain", gaining nickname
'Trust and Listen to Taeyeon'. Writing history as the first female idol who held a solo concert,
filling the stage with her voice and songs.

Following "11:11" which excelled in digital singles, Taeyeon announced her first solo album, 
"My Voice" in February. The title song "Fine" dominating the music charts, as well as 1st place
in music shows, showing a perfect starts.

Taeyeon's moves lead to 'The Artist That I Want To Resemble' gaining respects from junior
artists. Particularly, the senior artist whom most juniors want to meet the most in music 
broadcast's waiting room, proving her influences to junior artists. There are quite a lot of
artists who want to be like Taeyeon.

As expected, public 'Trust and Listen to Taeyeon'. The album released by Taeyeon became
'A-Must-Listen' unconditionally.

 

Taeyeon, who's not only the group's main vocalist, but also a solo vocalist presenting music not only to fans, but also 'Trust and Listen' to public. On 5th at 12 noon, Taeyeon will release her title song "Make Me Love You" and 'My Voice' Deluxe Edition.

After the announcement, there's a great interest whether she can fulfill the expectation of the 
listeners, who already shouts 'Trust and Listen to Taeng'. It is expected that she will gain a lot
of interest and expectation.
