I definitely think Namjoon, Jhope, and V shines the brightest in the US. Their english was improving tremendously over a short time that they were in the US because they were immerse in it 24/7. They reach for the mic in every interview and try to communicate with the american viewers. Who do everyone think is happiest in the US and why?

not jimin lol

Probably hobi, but then again he's always cheerful everywhere (bless him)

I think rapmon would probably appreciate it more if he didnt have to do 90% of all the interviews alone but sadly america doesnt grasp the concept of eng subs

Edit. On stage, they're all always extra and adorable as hell tho! that goes without saying

I think they're happy at one point or another but they definitely miss home especially Jimin. it just makes me upset that some other people don't think they're happy to be here. It is such an achievement for them to get to this point so I think they are happy but the language barrier is just a little hard for some of them.

To those who think that Jimin's not happy being in the US, being homesick does not mean you can't be happy or enjoy being overseas.

I think J-Hope seemed extremely happy, not just because he's often a literal ball of sunshine but also because he's always the one hyping the interviews despite not being as fluent in English as Namjoon is and he was the member to receive the most love and loudest cheers from every American crowd.

Yea everyone gets homesick.

As far as Jimin is concern, he seems to always have a great time when BTS are overseas, base on vlives and etc. He is always one of the most active with Armys.

In my opinion Jimin is the member who communicates/fanservie with k-armys the most when BTS are overseas in order for k-armys to not feel "left out." If you read some k-armys tweets/etc. they are always complaining how much they miss BTS and want to see them. We all know how obsessed some k-fans can get (fans in general). It's best to keep everyone happy^^

edit: I will say that J-hope gets so much support in the States. JHOOOPPPEEErlytearpls.png ..Namjoon too of course!!!

I was at the concert in Anaheim and Jhope got the largest cheers for both days! It was so overwhelming and I didn't expect it! I think that made him even more happy and cheerful. I'm glad that they all got to experience the tour regardless of everything!

*JK can probably be happy anywhere if he can play overwatch ahhaa

You're probably right about this too! I know people keep bringing down Jimin saying he cares more for k-army since he communicate with them often but I think your explanation is definitely right. He also post tweets saying Thanks to international army often but some people don't see that and just hate on him. It's really upsetting :(

All of them seemed to be in good spirits...

but there's something about American air that makes RM and Hobi glow and prosper. And I like to imagine Suga wandering around Soho with his coffee and a grumpy but lowkey happy demeanor like a real New Yorker, although he never seems to have time to do it

oh maan...some people just...Jimin is just shy baby and does not understand English, so he is kinda quiet and awkward during these interviews...He is happy sunshine during concerts at least watch fancams before you speak -_-

I think fans shouldn't presume to know how the members feel but in this case I am pretty sure they were all happy.

This is what I wanted to confirm. In the Newark stops it was the same way. Plus I tried to by his picture fan thing at the merch line but it was all sold out :(I really wanted his): . I am pretty sure J-hope is the most popular member here in the states.

Jimin gives to much, and now Armys feel entitled. They expect him to tweet everywhere BTS go. "Hello" and "Bye". Where as, those expectations are not placed on the others...Honestly the members should have the freedom to do whatever they want. They are not our slaves.

Basically Armys are spoiled lol What's new tholaugh.png

honestly this

i'm currently learning spanish but i'm still not very fluent and don't understand much when native speakers talk so i stay quiet in their company. i feel like i'll embarrass myself if i talk with the wrong grammar and sentence structure as well as wrong pronounciation so i choose to stay silent instead. i imagine this is how jimin feels as well, hence why he doesn't try to talk much in english.

Yeahs I definitely think he's the most popular in the states. Even my friend who was with me during the concert asked if Jhope is the most popular of bangtan (she's a really new fan so I took her to the concert with me) since he got the loudest cheers for solo performance and also for introduction. We went both days in Anaheim and this was the case for both days so I'm pretty sure you're right.

Yeahs no one expects the other boys to do anything but everyone has so much expectation for Jimin. Although he's not my bias but he's one of the weak spot for me so I feel like I worry about him most compare to the other boys. I'm just happy that they finished the US leg of the tour successfully and healthily.

Yeahs whenever I read youtube comments it's just doesn't help that people are putting him down for staying silent. I'm vietnamese and when I don't understand some conversations between older adults, I just stay quiet because I don't want to say something wrong. I'm sure this is how Jimin felt too during the whole US tour.

Yea all idols are stressed/upset at times. Some are just better at hiding it and/or know when to remove themselves from the idol world (e.g. sns and fans) for a bit...

Even our our hopeful Hobi. It can be stressful being the happy virus all the time.

I agree, I'm happy they finished the US leg of the tour successfully and happyrlytearpls.png Plus they have a short break now!

Yeahs I can tell Jhope is always happy on screen but probably im sure he's burned out off camera. Im glad they can go back to Korea to see their family and friends before they continue on with their tour. It's just the start of the tour since they still have a other countries in Asia especially japan leg which is 1 month long warstarplz.png
