Nelkoya 17,769
put your alarm early for tomorrow morning then you'll be really tired tomorrow night so you'll get to bed earlier too
Soulrain 3,077
Getting a lot of sunlight helps your levels of melatonin which will help you feel tired and go to sleep.
eriy.m 2,900
wake up early one day and make sure you don't take a nap, don't stay at home, you'll sleep that night early and then it just repeats
purpleprint 1,923
stop eating and drinking quite early (like before 10pm) and stay in the dark already an hour before your desired sleeping time. set alarm early in the morning and try to wake up and have breakfast. do some exercises during the day to keep yourself awake. I believe you'll fall asleep earlier and you can somehow reset your sleeping pattern. good luck!!

Soulrain 3,077
Also try not using luminous devices before going to bed like pc or cell, they excite your brain and so make sleeping harder
JiMiJu 1,858
You could try waking up gradually earlier, to help you adjust.
Caridee 5,322
Lmao!!!!!!!! Not a good advice but eat those sleep aid that you can get from a convienence store and take it around the time you wish to sleep and that'll get you back on track.
