Hello ^^/),

So my sleep schedule is f***ed. I got to bed at 3-4am and wake up 11am. I have an exam monday, and after the next week my uni begins. So my question is how do i get my sleep schedule to change? Or how do you guys manage it? Btw im someone, who cant make a night of it.

stop eating and drinking quite early (like before 10pm) and stay in the dark already an hour before your desired sleeping time. set alarm early in the morning and try to wake up and have breakfast. do some exercises during the day to keep yourself awake. I believe you'll fall asleep earlier and you can somehow reset your sleeping pattern. good luck!!

put your alarm early for tomorrow morning

then you'll be really tired tomorrow night so you'll get to bed earlier too

wake up early one day and make sure you don't take a nap, don't stay at home, you'll sleep that night early and then it just repeats

Guess that's it. Tho i have to go throug alot of pain then :D

I'm on a diet at the moment anyways, and i have the habbit to watch something and sleep while at it. I'll look out for that.

Getting a lot of sunlight helps your levels of melatonin which will help you feel tired and go to sleep.

If i just could do my lucid dreaming again...
