That has never been confirmed tho. Those were only rumors before Around Us was officially established. The only thing that was released and confirm Ed was that they have investment from YMC ENT who is a major shareholder with 30% interest in the company but Around Us said even if YMC is major shareholder, the members (pretty sure this is prob as a collective) holds more shares than YMC. I'm guessing this means Highlight has the controlling interest in the company.
