It's no surprise that Angela Baby is incredibly popular in China, but I wonder if she debuted in Korea whether she would be the #1 trending actress (like suzy per say) even despite plastic surgery rumours.. I think she and nini have one of the most beautiful faces of east asia, and I think they have faces koreans would like.

And the second actress is NiNi, she is slowly growing fame but I wonder if she would be popular in Korea too, she's absolutely gorgeous!

Angelababy definitely would be at top when it comes to beauty if ever she debuts in korea. She is prettier than Kim Tae Hee. To be honest, Chinese superstars are really top class when it comes to visuals, they just need more recognition internationally since its Korean beauties that are garnering attention at the moment due to hallyu wave. I mean there's Angelababy, Yang Mi, Liu Yi Fei, Fan Bing Bing, Zhao Li Ying among others who has more command on screen and captivating beauty than most of K-actresses.

Angelababy - it depends? Koreans like natural beauties like Kim Taehee so if they suspect she got PS, they wouldn't regard her as a top beauty.

Angelababy is already pretty well known there, next to FBB. However I find that Koreans like a plain kind of beauty, not a striking kind of beauty, that's where tastes differ.

Chinese actresses are known mostly among Chinese population, chinese populated countries. Outside that, people knew Korean artists more as what you said because of Kdrama's. Even if Fan Bing Bing is known as a fashion icon internationally but her audience is still mainly the Chinese population.

Most popular beauty for Koreans will always be Joey Wong because of A Chinese Ghost Story. She and Leslie Cheung's popularity back in the day with Korean fans was no joke.

 

I'd say out of the C-actresses that somewhat are known in Korea, Angelababy's name pops up pretty often. She did a Samsonite commercial with Kim Soo Hyun at the height of his popularity with YWCFTS and is also mentioned quite a bit in terms of plastic surgery talks (plus Fan Bing Bing).

 

People do know Liu YiFei because she's with Song SeungHun. Ni Ni is an absolute goddess to me and to me, I think her beauty is very Pan-Asian too.
