Like Lee Hyori... she's not the best singer or the best dancer, but she is considered one of a diva in kpop. Some of older Korean singers like Insooni or Kim Wan Sun are also considered as divas. I would consider Taeyeon and CL as almost diva, but not quite there yet. IU may be a great singer and song writer, but I don't see any diva aura from here. She's just too 'child like' in appearance. And she has had great Youtube views. But her fanbase hasn't grown, in fact it's gotten much much smaller thus dwindling her influence. Divas have influence!
