curlypoodle 1,248
My face hurts and I have a headache. I was praying that I would be one of those people who simply never grew wisdom teeth I'm not too enthusiastic about seeing the dentist to get it pulled when my wisdom teeth fully grow out, and I probably have to get braces because they are pushing my other teeth away

nicophos 1,660
i remember when my wisdom teeth grew... since dentist is not affordable, i was not able to ask for extraction. i suffered your pain for weeks.
Hqnnik 1,528
I had to extract all 4 wisdom teeth out for my braces even though they weren't hurting. But they were impacted horizontally so I had to anyway. And yeah, I think you would have to remove them.
wiaraewiwiarae 6,637
Have you ever had an x-ray? Do they even grow correctly? - I had all mine removed because they grow in the wrong direction. i remember when my wisdom teeth grew... since dentist is not affordable, i was not able to ask for extraction. i suffered your pain for weeks. You know people can die from that if an infection spreads.
Regentropfen 965
Instead of getting braces it will be easier to just extract the teeth before they can do any lasting damage. Hopefully you can have it done soon so you won't have to suffer from the pain for too long.
Vanille 1,800
LMAO I literally went to the dentist this morning for the same reason, the teeth don't hurt tho but my jaws do Thing is, my face is too small so they can't pull them out because they might break my jaw... So now I need to get surgery. They're gonna cut 2 wisdom teeth out... The other 2 haven't grown enough yet so they're gonna do that later.

♥SNS-Shinomiya♥ 420
I have 2 brothers and None of us got ours removed until after they came and in so we could see if there was going to be a problem. One of said brothers got his removed later because he did have good oral hygiene and wisdom MUST be clean. If you can handle the short period of pain I would wait to see if the teeth will be a problem. If not just get them removed

missjackson 70
All four of mine came in perfectly fine, no crowding or anything just pain from the teeth cutting the gum line. Then I cracked one on an almond and the dentist swore up and down that I needed to get all four removed instead of just the one cracked one. They'll come up with any excuse to get you to have the surgery because $$$$. But yeah, if you can tell they're already crowding just look into getting them out anyway. Waiting for them to come out makes surgery and recovery easier but getting them out sooner would be beneficial to the rest of your teeth it sounds. TinyKimLeader 746
If they affect your health (headache, jaw pain etc), then you probably should get them extracted. no. again, dentist costs money. no insurance and stuff... Go to dental school hospital/clinic, and get yourself treated by the dental students. it's really affordable and even even some of them can be free of charge you probably just need to pay administration fee. And yeah dont worry they wont fuck up your teeth.
