I know in the US contracts (don't know about advertising ones, though) sometimes have a set geographic limit for a company's control over you. Like, if you work for A you can't also work for their competitor B in the same town. But you can work for C, who doesn't compete with A's market. Is Est sold in China? Est Cola said they are using GOT7 to be their spokeperson cause they want to advance to other Asian countries. China was not mentioned in the countries Est Cola wanted to advance.
