well i also like gg idols munching, guess its because beautiful girls behave a bit "unidollike". if it comes on food the most of them eat so greedy if you know what i mean ... you know perfect girls have always a weakness ;)

It's interesting to see that the ones who performed don't really seem to get that boost in rankings. Why did they not give official rankings when they split the last time's performances?

 

Anyway the rankings will get be all over the place with the winning team's bonuses so these rankings aren't too much to go crazy over for this episode.

Hope so as rumor says Nayeon performed nicely, she is still not popular and rank 26 is dangerous ...

even if she went 40-36-32-28-26 ... should have been 24 ;)

Maybe I'm biased but with Dahee being so low and getting the voucher, I'm pretty pleased

Same as me with her group companion Nayeon ... Well next round both will be out sadly if no wonder happens ... Hope they both find a good group ... Same age in fact, probably "too old" for the idol school viewers :( gosh they could be my daughter's easily ...

Well problem is I would say most of the rest of the girls is pretty/can good sing/is nice at some level and everyone eliminated now has some fans crying ... Problem with elimination shows in general,after 1-2 rounds the ones you really can't see in a group are already gone. Well originally did they not want to skip elimination in idol school but added for drama and ratings ? Sometimes it feels like with their constant changing a of format ...

The eliminated girls so far seem to have cut their ties with Mnet so I don't know how many of the upcoming ones will want to stay with the show, according to reports all of the eliminated girls (minus Snowbaby) have been in talks with entertainment agencies.

Well i think we still talk about K POP MUSIC ! so i think if there have to be 9 members it should be 3 visuals, 3 dancers and 3 vocals ... or something like that ;)

You can have visuals who are also good dancers, vocals who are also visuals, funny members who can also do both, etc. though. In fact, most idols aren't only one thing or the other.

Sure ... nevertheless i prefer vocals who can do the rest and i see no real vocal in the top ... sorry, ... I accept if someone prefers other girls but i think music is about singing ;)

My top 9 has changed so much....it's getting so hard as you get to know the girls more. 

• leader/all-rounder: haein / tasha (tasha has the added benefit of knowing chinese) 
• main vocal: nayeon
• lead vocals: sia and jiwon
• main dancer:  natty
• lead dancer/rapper: haneul (if no rapping then hayoung) 
• visual: saerom / sian / somyung / jina / nakyung (saerom is the strongest dancer & sian would be great for variety, nakyung knows chinese) 
• stan attractor: jiheon / yoori / chaeyoung (chaeyoung is the strongest dancer but yoori is decent at performing) 
• stan attractor/all-rounder: herin / jisun / soyeon (depending on the concept if cute go jisun if girl crush go soyeon)

The underlined are my nine at this very moment. If it comes down to it, I would also choose for older girls as the younger girls have time to improve their skills and develop, the other unnies are desperate. Also the visual and stan attractor positions I listed are very flexible. 

Wished you were true ... Want Sia and Nayeon in the group. Lee Dahee is my wildcard, she can sing nicely and is cute. Saddly only one i can IMAGINE having a chance is MAYBE Sia .... Nayeon is probably "too uncute" and "too old" for the voters and Dahee just overlooked like her ... Well in the worst case make a HaeIn, Nayeon, ShinSia, Lee Dahee group of when they have to leave . VOCAL OVERKILL

i just imagine their photoshoot with VOGUE , CECI , ARENA and other magazine damn...

i really want to see chaeyoung , somyeong , jina , jiheon , nakyung , saerom...

basically all visual lines !

Well sure there are many pretty girls in idol school, but keep in mind they will debut in a time where many other groups have very very pretty girls. And there are more to come (Loona/FNCs new group etc) i see only limited success for them if they just rely on cute visuals. Too many competitors ... and that's general in Kpop Can easily name you at least a hand full of fairly new groups/groups to debut with huge potential, probably more than this coming group. How did Nayeon rised so much... Im not complaining, just surprised. And how did Jiheon drop so many places... This rating I dont understand tbh. But happy to see Haein back in top9

in my opinion

the two live sessions were important, 1. (karaoke) one got her the part of the votes for the 2nd elimination and the 2. one with pets helped her additionally a lot. some babies (unlikely) in the 3rd and some good catchy song and she is /deserved/ in the final 9 / hope so ...

no, not rankings. The fact she's in this program hoping to debut but not knowing her future. And also her possibly thinking of her berry good days..how she is technically gFriend uh...what you call a group senior to another group?.. that word.

Ah ok, Well i think the koreans have fairly strict senority rules, but with Nayeon and Eunha i am unsure ... as Eunha was child star (at least what i know) I am sure Nayeon will find a group anyway after idol star. Just needs a group who needs a nice vocal / she is not Visual  and no leader as it seems ... if that satisfy her ambitions ? unsure about it ... She left BG supposedly to get more recognition ...

I'm wondering, would you guys be okay with the teachers picking one or more girls to add to the final 9 line-up, making the group bigger than 9?

 

I think that this could be beneficial if the final 9 are lacking in some important area and they need to fix it...

i do not wonder and to be honest i don't think pristins song is good (subjective i know). Aditionally now when they have lesser students they choose songs with 9+ members normally ??? ... strange .. i mean the 6 songs have regulary 50+ member ...

Nayeon seems to be in a good position now at 12th. If after next episode and her friendship with Eunha is announced officially she might get more support from buddies which might push her up to top 9.

But she had bad 3rd evaluation (10 th from bottom) Hope that doesn´t pushs her out, she really have to rely to her singing,

dancing i find her average and well for the kind of voters her looks are not that attractive ... (maybe some years ago in

blonde berry good times it would have been different ...)

I find her super cute, so maybe thats just you... I don't think we can completely count her out just yet. She had a good bit of screentime last episode and all of it was kind of touching. Plus her vocals are amazing. So I think she's still in.

Well don´t misunderstood me i personally find her cute too (in fact totally my type ... i mean i like loonas vivi the most so you can guess whats my type ;)) , but i doubt Koreans do ... i just thought place 4 in group and only 19. place ? she must have made an error ... Otherwise i would not understand such a low rating. Surely i hope for her and i want vocals in the final 9 (sadly the other ones are not doing better :()

Wow, updates

 

Surprised my bias GG's actually coming to the school in ep 8, but I'm even more surprised that Nayeon's friends with Eunha..

 

Because I like Eunha a lot, I'd like to support Nayeon from now on, hopefully she does well after ep 8 :/

 

But anyway, I'm stoked about the prospects but I'm really sad that 10 trainees are leaving, I guess it can't be helped due to Knetz' votes..

like PD101's quota is ONLY 11 people meanwhile around 80% of all trainees deserve that spot

well said that before the remaining one are all talented and even the eliminated one contained some gems, competition is fierce and you know there is so much more outside idol school too ...
