There hasn't been a need to invent activities for any of the members since they have their schedules full as it is. Maybe something for Kangin and Zhoumi since they seem to have the least. Eunhae can join after they're done with Japan. Heechul too when he is released. I dunno what the theme would be though... Or throw in Sungmin and you have a Japanese subgroup. Done and done. Subunits are the trend for this year and SJ can do whatever they want within the limits of what SM thinks it's acceptable, they'll sell regardless.
