I liked her before she got back together with her bf (they broke up for a few months but they made up and all that jazz) and honestly I still have feelings for her but she doesn't know it (at least I hope she doesn't yikes) also I'm not worried about the whole straight thing bc we've talk about our sexuality before and she seems interested in girls.. she said she isn't a fan of labels so I'm almost 90% sure she isn't straight.. the only thing that sucks is that she has a bf and she really likes him lmao Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

But we are really close and I'd be kinda afraid to ruin our friendship I figured that's a concern too...try to make her talk/think about sexuality more, hint about liking her in subtle ways. She'll either react positively or if she doesn't like it, you didn't directly confess so there won't be any loss, just act like you don't know what she's talking about. We knew each other since elementary school and we're just friends but nothing special, in fact at some point we kind of hated each other. The point is that during my last year in that school (I changed to a different one that was closer to were I lived, and apparently better) we got super close and were always together and maybe that's when I started to fall for her but only realized that until we were no longer classmates and started to miss her in my new school. Fortunately for me I would still go very often to my old school to pick up my younger sister as she was still studying there, so I still could visit her and my old friends while waiting for my sister. I think she also missed me or something because she looked as happy as I was when I would visit her and I suppose being more distance made us become closer. Eventually we started going out and overall I enjoyed a lot our relationship as I always felt very comfortable with her and she also seemed to enjoy my company as I always made her laugh so everything was good between us. In my elementary school, we don't move class and we sit according to name alphabetically. His initial name is same like me so he sat either beside me or behind me. He's one of the famous guy in our year so at first i didn't bother to talk to him. Idk how it started but there are few times when we talked about our studies. It was Math if i wasn't wrong since it's the only subject i really cared. After talking with him, i realized he's humble and kinda, and he has younger brother and sisters who studied at the same school. He cared his siblings so much that he always visited their classes on break time. My older brother studied at the same school too but he always pretended like we're not related, that's why i find him very charming. I was so shy when i was younger so i didnt take any initiative to be closer with him. He's always the first one to say hi to me. Also at that time i heard he had a girlfriend, someone who is in his clique too. So i thought to myself not to make any trouble/gossip. At that time my friends who was just started their relationship broke up because her boyfriend was seen 'flirting' with other girl. It was a big issue on my year too, somehow. (When i think it back rn, we're so silly. lol kids~) Fast forward to graduation, on the day we got our graduation book, i was talking with my friends. Because we're about to separate, we're like "Let's tell each other secret". And then, somehow, 2-3 girls who i wasn't close to got noisy, like smiling laughing by their own, while looking at me. At that time i thought maybe they witnessed stupid things i'd done, but they're like "Do you know that <<crush>> name was interested with you on 5th grade? Every time before the class started, when all the students waiting in front of the class, he always tries to look at you. And then you two become classmate, we thought he'll make a move but you two are not even close until now (laugh)" Dang. I don't know how i hide my face but then i asked jokingly "how could he like me, i don't even know him back then. also he's always close to <<popular and pretty girls on our year>>. i heard he's been dating too" And they replied "You know him.. Aren't you <bestfriend name>'s friend? He was in a group with her on a competition and you came to watch. I think it was when he first saw you.. maybe when he likes you too? (laugh)" I was super confused at that time. I kept being in denial like 'How could he like me im suck at basketball etc etc" at that time, being good at basket ball is a thing at my school. And then the girls replied "well, we don't know too. but we're so sure he likes you back then because he was so silly when he tries to take a glimpse of you everyday. you seriously don't realize why our class was so noisy every morning?" I kept being in denial, but then my friends said," So that's why your class are so noisy in the morning when we line up while looking at our class. I thought you guys are making fun of us" There's a 'competition' between class on whose scores are higher at my school and it was a big deal. Up until now there's still lingering feeling whether it was true or not. I wanted to ask him directly but we separate schools. borealis 497 Posted March 24, 2017 Share Posted March 24, 2017 It was on 6th grade. so there's this love letter that says "i like *crush*" and everyone thought i'm the writer and suddenly i feel a thing for her i think she likes me as well and everyone ships us. it's weird tho like i never write it but because of this gossip i suddenly develop feelings for her. until now the real writer of that letter remains unknown Also OP can you share your story?
