Hey everyone, I fell majorly back in love with Melody Day a few days ago. I forgot how much I loved Kiss on the Lips. The video is great and the choreo is everything. I actually hadn't realized they released a new song - Restless is pretty good, not my cup of tea but I like how every comeback sounds a little different, and I do like the MV. They didn't promote it on music shows it looks like, so maybe something bigger is coming in a little while? I'm not sure how much momentum is behind them since they were on that "build a girl group" show, but hopefully they come back again and soon.

Kind of disappointed we never had a follow-up to "Restless". When they did "You Seem Busy" and then followed it up with "Kiss on the Lips" it was only like a month. But here we are FIVE MONTHS after "Restless" and nothing!

 

And fun fact, Melody Day's last comeback was Feb 14, 2017. So it's about to be TWO years

Damn, this is a HUGE disappointment. I do appreciate that there was an announcement about it - there are groups for whom we wait years for a comeback and never hear anything, so we just slowly come to terms with the fact that they're never coming back. At least Melody Day gave us some closure, and quickly at that.

I can understand if a label is struggling financially and can't afford to give their artists a comeback, but Melody Day's label is richer than the President.  They're just lazy and can't bother to give more than one comeback a year to their artists.  What a horrible label, nobody should join them.  Maybe they've learned their lesson with The Boyz, but I doubt it.  They'll toss them aside for the new girl group they're planning to debut right when The Boyz need to be promoted the most.  You've screwed over too many talented artists Creker, just stick to promoting IU and nobody else.  Give her more comebacks while you're at it.  I was hoping we could go until at least 2020, but no.  Talent loses again.
