why would whether the parents are still married matter in regards to an inheritance tho? and people can choose to leave their children nothing if they feel like it no matter that- after they reach the age of majority, you owe them nothing

So I don't understand why that story is so scandalous and why people are bashing this man so hard. That is basically the case. I don't get either. I guess people like to hate on KMH because they feel bad for the wife?

Idk how this started but if they haven't been a couple for over a decade it makes sense if they're seeing other people imo

Maybe the wife doesn't want the label 'divorcee' hanging over her head as well as having her daughter growing up in a broken family. Given the societal stigma on divorced women and children from a broken home, especially in S.K. I won't be abit surprised. Maybe she just couldn't handled being "left behind". She would rather grit her teeth, endured having a philandering husband, rather than face the truth and accept her fate. As much as I like to think she was giving him some payback....you just never know.

 

Personally, I would get a clean, quick break and full child custody and just monthly child support. No need for any spousal support because I can earn my own keeps.

 

As for that one knetz's comment about these two adulterers' s future children never being legally registered into the family registry aka shamefully labeled as bastard children.......bloody hell!
