Usually when someone doesn't have lines, gets more time in MV or the opposite. And Jin's the official visual, imo he really should get more screentime. It's harder with lines because since there are 7 people in the group it's impossible to divide it equally (also equal line distribution is imo not the best thing, there's a reason main vocals get more lines).
