I've only been active on the 2NE1 thread, but I'm a CLover and I'll be spazzing here about CL from now on! 2NE1 just made history with CRUSH on the Billboard Top 200 at #61 and the best part is our QueenGZB CL COMPOSED 3 EFFING AMAZING SONGS AND contributed to the lyrics as well!!! CEObritanny knows what's up I mean CL composed 3 songs on this album, why the fk are people still complaining. And I also have to add that she captured the other girls voices in the songs that she directed perfectly. Maybe they don't have as many lines, but DAM did they sound awesome in their parts, freaking perfect. And also everyone who likes the song Crush shouldn't be hating at all cuz CL's the one that wrote 2NE1's 2014 anthem. @sparkilene I don't think that her screaming and hyping crowd affects her voice in the long-term, but during that specific performance it did kind of have an effect (they're also doing choreo, she's hype and jumping around going crazy; she's tired and that's part of it too). I just want CL to take care of herself. It's admirable that she's putting up an amazing show for those K-Blackjacks, I really just want her to stay healthy so maybe tone it down just a little. Aside: If people want to hear them sound the exact same as the studio version why even go to the concert? W/o CL's hype I'd be bored as fk. I think ppl were just waiting for her video so they can complain. Sometimes this is why i just want her to leave and separately do her own thing then ppl can just follow their own bias. It's fkin stupid because I've never seen many VIPs (if any) complain about GD (I really like GD, though) when he does stuff like this, but if it's CL then it's the end of the world. Also, I see people (from OH) following CL on insta and hating on everything she does. I mean her recent #talkischeap is directly talking about these types of people, but ironically people turn it into something to bash. If you don't like her then why the fk are you wasting your time and energy spreading negativity. It's sad people get kicks off of bashing CL when she hasn't done anything detrimental to 2NE1 or society/people in general. In fact, imho she's keeping 2NE1 afloat and doing it big for k-pop, music and as a performer in general. Oh yeah, and the lyrics she wrote? ALL IN FKING KOREAN! The "sample" was in the background and was NOT CL's voice, it was a fking melody. Teddy produced the song (but I'm pretty sure he's got more things to sample from than something as controversial as this), but if it says CL on it everyone's gonna jump on the CL-hate bandwagon. So frustrated that when people read something they automatically think it's true and jump to conclusions. Do you not have a fking functional brain to question what is said and wait for conclusive evidence and then draw your own conclusions? This also highlights how easily news/media can brainwash people into believing something because the fking majority of people do not have the skeptical mindset or the mindset to question something's validity before making any conclusions. I am getting angry at the fact people are saying such horrible things to CL, but I'm even more angry that people CAN'T FKING THINK FOR THEMSELVES HOLY FKING SHT. Sorry, I'm done I hope our Chaerin's doing ok Hopefully, she doesn't read any of the mean comments and YG becomes aware of this. They're training themselves and convincing themselves it's there. It was released a fking week ago, don't want to offend anyone, but if you were claim to be offended at this time clearly your knowledge and faith in your religion should be questioned tbh. I love how all these people claiming to be Muslim are like "I can understand if you can't hear it, but it's there", and they're so fking vague. Not pointing out the actual words, writing them down in their own language as proof of what they heard, nothing ever concrete or specific. From what I've gathered from my Muslim friends it's clear to them the melody is similar, but the words are not a verse rather just one-two(I've heard it argued it was one or two) Arabic words. @CLoveria And this is what I'm talking about. You are pointing out the differences in the words in the song and the verse so I feel like you know what you're talking about while others claiming it is from the verse never specify.
