What if your friend did this to you...

So I read this post over at tumblr:

if a friend that you’re romantically interested in asks you out, reject him/her first as a test to see whether he’ll/she'll get angry and accuse you of friendzoning him/her or respect your decision and be willing to carry on being friends

Um... I put myself in the shoes of the friend. If he rejected me first I would be feeling pretty down and depending on how much I liked him, really sad, so if after a couple of days he comes and "oh, I'm sorry I made you feel so horrible about yourself, but don't worry it was all a test" I'd be like  :>_>:

If my friend rejected me I'd be crying in my bed lol ~ I wouldn't blame her for anything, I'd be blaming myself because if I was good enough there would be no reason for her to reject me, unless she didn't think she wasn't good enough for me which is highly unlikely, no girl is ever too good for me. In a relationship, no one is better than the other because if one thinks they're better than the other, they shouldn't be a couple in the first place. Just break up!

It's all about the mind, what you think is what is true to you. Whether you think that things would work out or not, you are correct. Because you are the one who decides whether anything would work out for you, not other people.

I would never reject somebody that I like to 'test' them because that would ruin my life. IF I got rejected as a test, I would try again, I'd keep trying until that friend hated me because until she gets into a relationship with another person I'll still have a chance at her. Lolol jokes, I'm not that persistent
