Most ppl consider it a great honor to be part of the relay which usually consists of athletes, celebrities, icons and also normal ppl. You have to apply and be chosen of course. There is going to be around 7500 bearers passing the flame on for the relay. It eventually leads to the last torch bearer who lights the cauldron at the olympic games. this one is the biggest deal. though I dont think Korea has hosted a winter olympics before so not sure how there torch relays works. it might be a lil different?
