Whoever was cast as the 3 main lead in Painted Skin 3 have to work very hard. The original cast was superb, Zhou Xun, Zhao Wei, and Chen Kun. I was hoping Yang Mi (as the white fox demon), Mark Chao (as the male lead), and Liu Shishi (as Mark's love interest). But I'm fine with the rumor ZLY and Liu Yifei. Hope to see Mark Chao as the male lead. 

 

If the rumor is true, I guess ZLY will play fox demon.

I knowww and dont forget Donnie Yen and Sun Li. Part 2 already starred Yang Mi and Feng Shao Feng. I dont get why they need part 3. Part 2 wasnt that necessary, imo. But hey, more money I guess. I dont want LYF tbh, she always plays a recurring role. Plus, I feel like LYF's acting isnt on par with ZLY's. Mark is actually quite a hot name recently so I think casting him will be a wise choice. I actually want Yang Mi vs Zhao LiYing since they look alike and their fandoms are equally fiesty. Kinda wanna see how it will work.
