Dynamic Duo definitely my favorite overall. The hook was just so good!! Rappers all did so well too!

 

And one question though

Did mnet have to edit Olltii that way when he was going to be eliminated...

at Trippa the mess was that san e and verbal jint dropped black nut even though hanhae messed up his lyrics and then later (days later not even hrs!!!) san e and verbal jont went to the Mnet producers or whatever and asked if they could change their decision and of course mnet wants more drama so they said yes. it gets awkward when hanhae goes to practice for the next round w the team and then black nut shows up, verbal jint starts crying

Like always, Mess at Mnet! The way they edited Oltii it was clear as water he was going to be eliminated! It's a shame since he's really good at diss battle. Then who to be hyped now? I think Junoflo vs Hash Swan obviously I mean Junoflo is already hell funny in the trailer XD

I still can't rewatch that moment it was a mess and heartbreaking....

That is why Jay&Dok2 made the right decision. They will get cursed especially Dok2 people will say because he's close with Double K like how Verbal Jint and San E didn't want people to think that they kept Hanhae because of Brand New Music connection...

I feel like I'm the only one that doesn't like Woodie, like, he has a unique tone, but he there's no impact for me

To wrap up

 

DD Team

- Right decision. myunDO seriously does not fit with that team anyway. He is also not versatile and from last season not really a performer.

- Nucksal killed it obviously.

- CUBE....you got a diamond in your hands damn can't believe how far Woochan has come

- DD are so cute cooking for the team trying to play Frypan game which Woochan has no idea what the hell it is (gosh reminds me of Xman)

 

TigerJK&Bizzy

- Honestly the weakest team for me

- Asol was goddamn lucky P-Type also made a mistake after her. Not sure why they chose P-Type at the first place to come into the team. He is not really a performer also.

- Did they make that beat on purpose to suit Wonjae? Wonjae is cool and all but again he is not going to go anywhere if he keeps rapping to the same dark slow beats

 

Jay&Dok2

- Honestly never liked Ja Mezz, but when I listen to his singles I really like his rap. He doesn't really have the stage presence.

- Nes was really good the funny guy (sorry I can't remember long ass name) will probably be like the myundo of last season where the producer were hyping too much about him

- As explained in earlier posts - it was the right decision regardless to prevent mess. Double K was tooooo nervous in every round because of the large amount of pressure. He forgot his lyrics in the 1:1 battle and here again...too bad

 

Zico&Dean

- My favorite team. It was the team that just looking at the rapper names before the performance I have a hard time eliminating. I mean everyone is strong, but preference wise I don't really like Killagramz

- I was surprised they are making Otilli the Seochulgoo of last season but not as gloomy and depressing...and why they are hyping Hangzoo so much

- Love Hash Swan as always

- If it's between Otilli and YoungB I prefer YoungB just because I want to see him given the chance in SMTM...I think YoungB was too nervous starting the performance so he didn't do as well as he should have. I think Zico prefers YoungB rap more...just my speculation because he is always praising the kid

 

Anyway...as Double K is gone the obvious winner in my opinion is still Nucksal...a close contender is probably Hash Swan

It will be hard to make it high with all the competetion right now.

So even not debuting through the top10 is considered great I think!

+ with Winner's song and Heize reigning I think it would be quit near impossible to reach over #1-2

Yeah I'm not into Woodie either. Now that Double K is gone I think the ones with the most potential as winners are Junoflo & Nucksal. Maybe Hangzoo & maybe Young B if he's able to switch up his sound a bit more. Wonjae is great but I don't really think he can win it, his rap is kinda just one "colour". I mean he's probably earned himself fans for that style though.

 

EDIT: I forgot the king, the dark horse himself, Blacknine. Not sure what to expect from now on, he might be a potential winner as well tbh.

I agree, I really liked Wonjae, but he didn't really impress me in the Cypher, he's limited to dark beats. I hope JK and Bizzy can help him overcome that

I was watching the performance vid on YT and I'm like... Ok, can we take a moment to appreciate the DD ahjussi dance? Especially Choiza! It's just so funny really XD  Ahh I love them they're too funny they're saving SMTM6 with their comments/reactions/dances laugh.pnglaugh.png

I liked this episode, it's fun seeing them in a different setting. Dynamic Duo are just so likeable lol. Woochun omg. I like that they kind of placed him at the center and he totally owned it without making a mistake, impressive tbh. Their song was good. Nucksal, awesome.

 

You know, I'm glad Asol survived because she's the only girl and that's interesting, but she really messed up so it's kind of too bad for Ptype. But as I said, I'm glad about Asol lol. And I really like Wonjae, but I feel like they've expended his signature style and now if he does the same thing in the future, it won't work its magic anymore. His part at the end just felt attached on, I hope his producers can help him to grow with more versatility as an artist while keeping his character.

 

Do-Park team's stage, lol. Nice. They did well, Junoflo really did that. I was floored that Double K got eliminated but it was the fair choice. I just expected them to try to work around it and keep him since he's a potential winner

 

Zico and Dean, I love this song needless to say. Dean's voice in the song sounds amazing, can't wait for the full version!

 

Killagramz really owned that stage for me, and Hangzoo. It fit his style so well. Hash Swan is really unique. Young B worked it out and ending up fitting in with the beat too, I liked it. Olltii was good but didn't leave an impact, of course I was rooting for him from the start but sigh... this is for all 4 teams but it was so hard to choose who to be eliminated this round. This season really has a lot of talent

Even his voice tone alone is enough to win me over JaMezz.

 

I'm glad Nes showed his stuff cuz I liked his cypher last ep he started really good but then they just suddenly show him finish awkwardly, turns out he made a mistake.

 

Oltii.. well if you're gonna be a mibsang on camera especially on Mnet, that's what you gonna get..

Each team's charting is pretty much as expected

I think DynamicDuo and ZicoxDean are going to hold up for the longest time

ZicoDean team's performance is probably my favorite out of all the SMTM team battles so far, maybe except for Respect. So bummed Ollti is out. I never knew he was such a savage.
