With the latest leaked pics, we can clearly say that the team spoiler we get last Friday is true imstupid.png

jk & bizzy - maniac, asol, woo won jae, blacknine, p-type

zico & dean - young b, killagramz, hangzoo, hash swan, olltii

dynamic duo - jo woo chan, myundo, hanhae, nucksal, rhino

dok & jay - junoflo, ja mezz, woodigo child, nes, double k

credits to ilovelemons

I'm quite happy, every team has potential to win even though I believe Team Dok2xJay & DD are the ones to look after the most.

I just realized, this means no one picked jjk. He seemed pretty good.

I sound biased af but I think more contestants should've taken advantage of that Zico-Dean chart power, I mean Zico and Dean are topping the hottest Melon keywords daily :P

Anyway, I'm really looking forward to next episode's team songs

Well I mean it's not like dynamic duo have bad charting power & tigerjk bizzy's team is really hard to place how they're gonna do. As for Jay & Dok2, they're obviously not on Zico's level when it comes to chart topping but they've been in the Melon top 20 keywords daily for at least the past month (haven't kept up with it before that).

I actually think any of them could have the hit song, since it strongly depends on the contestants and Nucksal is super popular. I have a feeling his songs will chart well. KHH fans seem to be anticipating him, Double K, Junoflo the most

I'm just salty Z-D didn't get one of the popular top contenders lmao, it's like missing an opportunity, IMbiasedO.

I'm really anticipating Nucksal and Wonjae with their producers though

Well true but Young B, Hash Swan & especially Ollti are probably potential winners, but yeah I get what you mean.

Personally I like Team Tiger JK & Bizzy's beat the most.

Team Fanxy probably had the most unique/interesting one though, it's hard to say how it'll turn out when someone raps on it.

Team DoPark sound like it will be a lit song if like Double K or Junoflo spits on it, somone that can go hard basically.

Team Dynamic Duo's beat seems the most public friendly imo, of course everything depends on the performance & the rap but just the beat in itself seems like it's the most likely to sit on top of the charts.

Btw is this for the team song or is just one from the team that will rap on it?

Team Dynamic Duo's teamwork is no joke, if it doesn't chart well I'll be surprised. Myundo's part didn't really leave an impact, the song wasn't for him so I agree that he was the weakest. This was probably the best stage imo.

Even though I love wonjae I don't think his part fit with the song but yeah I agree with P-Type being eliminated, Asol has more potential anyway tbh. Blacknine didn't disappoint, damn. The song will probably sound better in the studio recorded version.

As expected team DoPark knows how to put on a performance, all of them really made something out of a pretty simple beat (even though I liked the beat). Personally I thought Ja Mezz' rap was the least impactful even with Double K's mistake. Nes(Ness?) & Junoflo slayed. What's this mess that happened season 4 that people are talking about? Didn't watch season 4, can someone explain?

Can Ollti not have that hairstyle with those hair colours, it looks stupid lmao, especially when his eyebrows are so "dark-filled". Haven't really cared for Young B so far but he went in, damn! Wow I was really enjoying Hash Swan lazy flow in this one. Lmao @Killagramz jumping around and still sounding good. Hanzoo(or is it Hangzoo?) keeps proving himself. Overall fun stage laugh.png. Honestly this is hard idk who should go?

Honestly all of the songs will probably go to my playlist. Anticipating the studio recorded versions.

at Trippa the mess was that san e and verbal jint dropped black nut even though hanhae messed up his lyrics and then later (days later not even hrs!!!) san e and verbal jont went to the Mnet producers or whatever and asked if they could change their decision and of course mnet wants more drama so they said yes. it gets awkward when hanhae goes to practice for the next round w the team and then black nut shows up, verbal jint starts crying

it was a mess

I still can't rewatch that moment it was a mess and heartbreaking....

That is why Jay&Dok2 made the right decision. They will get cursed especially Dok2 people will say because he's close with Double K like how Verbal Jint and San E didn't want people to think that they kept Hanhae because of Brand New Music connection...

Oh wow that's really messy. Even though I prefered Double K's performance to Ja Mezz, I guess they made the right choice then. Thanks for the explanation.

Tbh, now that Double K is eliminated. Besides Juno and Ja Mezz for diss battle, I feel like Zico's team might win considering the remaining of Team Higher/Illy are trend rappers like Woodie

I feel like I'm the only one that doesn't like Woodie, like, he has a unique tone, but he there's no impact for me

Yeah I'm not into Woodie either. Now that Double K is gone I think the ones with the most potential as winners are Junoflo & Nucksal. Maybe Hangzoo & maybe Young B if he's able to switch up his sound a bit more. Wonjae is great but I don't really think he can win it, his rap is kinda just one "colour". I mean he's probably earned himself fans for that style though.

EDIT: I forgot the king, the dark horse himself, Blacknine. Not sure what to expect from now on, he might be a potential winner as well tbh.

I think Wonjae has already established quite a following for his style. I mean he has 50k+ followers on IG with only 2 pics, which is a lot more than the rest of the contestants (the "new" contestants, those haven't done anything before more or less). And several clips of him have gathered a lot of views both on youtube & naver. So I think he'll do well after SMTM (he's making a name for himself & has gained fans) but unless he switches up his performing style to some extent at least, I don't think he can win.

i read the original article and whoever translated the post translated it kinda wrong lmao

first of all they left out the first chunk of the article that said

"During Swings' Instagram Live he was watching Show Me the Money 6 and while watching Woo Wonjae's performance he said "But I'm worried about friends like this".

And nowhere in the article does it talk about a "character controversy"

lmao what is NB doin

Ah thanks for the explanation!

I can't get into Ja Mezz, both his rapping & he himself lacks presence & impact. I definitely thought he'd be eliminated but then again I don't know korean so maybe his lyrics were good compared to Nes.

I thought Nes did well but just from the first line Young B came in really strong, Young B's delivery & tone are really something...

Looking at stage reactions Woodie Gochild & especially Junoflo slayed their "performance" & yeah...there isn't much to say about that I guess, it was my favorite battle & I though they did amazing.

Wonjae really surprised me. He seemed really good, I was honestly not expecting him to do well in a diss battle. Asol was kinda forgettable & she seemed to be doing too much at times but she was still one of my favorites otherwise (aside from the diss battle) so I'm sad to see her go.

Without knowing korean I still agree with the results, the winning teams. Probably at least, Zico/Dean vs DoPark could have gone to either one tbh. As others have said Hangzoo & Young B saved their team because Juno & Woodie were just "wow".

As for the later stages, both songs were really good, as expected. Killagramz part was kinda meh but when Dean entered with his smooth vocals, the song was immediately saved. Letting Dean do the chorus was smart. Zico's rap sounded great as always.

Performance wise I definitely prefered Dynamic Duo, I liked Zico/Dean but DD were just THAT good. Hanhae wasn't outshined by the rest like Killagramz was. He definitely held his own. Gaeko & the backup singers/dancers...like that moment was just 10/10 haha. The performance overall just kept you entertained constantly & I was looking forward to what would happen next every second. Really enjoyable & Chungha was a big surprise, her part seemed a bit too short though.

As for which song was better, I'm gonna have to wait until the studio recorded version to decide that.

And can someone explain why there's two votes/2 rounds? This is my first season.

they are added together!!

im pissed that mnet made this cliffhanger i need to know if my boy is safe or not

Yeah I'm pissed as well, can't believe I have to wait a week for the result lmao

On another note: People are saying M-net must have told Nes not to bring up Young B's past

lol Jay is helping Dean in a jokingly manner saying "I'm the one" is actually plagiarizing "Yacht" because he & Cha Cha have been working on it since January . or something like that, im after all not korean. edit: and the correct trans for the second post is "This also has a similar vibe to im the one, play/include* this song too" (his captions)
