I won't say I know a lot about it but I have never head of a data plan that has an unlimited monthly usage in my country. The closest thing from one provider is unlimited surf on SNS platforms. A different one offers 100gb/month which is nearly unlimited since it is so high. I only have 2gb/month myself because it is the cheapest option from my provider and I have only used about 5gb since I got my first smartphone on October last year. I actually went to check top 4 providers here in my country to see their prices and found out the reason why I don't know anyone who doesn't have unlimited data was because all of them only offered unlimited data or not internet at all. Like you had all kinds of other options you could change from internet speed to 3g or 4g to amount of call time, text messages etc.. but there was always unlimited data included. I currently have 4G 50Mbps internet with unlimited data and unlimited call/talk time and unlimited text messages and it cost me around 27 USD per month.
