This post isn't to debate that topic of evidence but to elaborate on the statement that JYPE made. In that statement JYPE used the word "candid". A lot of websites interpreted that word to mean: truthful and straightforward; frank. but candid also means: taken informally, especially without the subject's knowledge. The reason why JYPE would release this statement is obviously because GOT7 just had a comeback so it was either A) They wanted to clear this up so that it didn;t get in the way of their comeback B) Mediaplay to increase interest in their comeback or maybe both...I would rather it be option A. In terms of the dating ban. It has been stated that it's not official (by Got7's Jackson) which means it's not written anywhere. Instead it's more of a promise. Dating would start scandals which can hurt the celebrities mental health. It's less about their careers and more about the spotlight it attracts and the negative side effects of that kind of attention. I'm sure Bambam and Mina are feeling that negative spotlight right now. So are they dating? Probably not because of their schedules and if they would date it would be way too infrequent. The real question is...is it our business? No, absolutely not! They're idols who entertain us but they're not our property. We are not entitled to that information. As a ONCE and an IGOT7 i fully understand that eventually our idols are gonna grow up and start dating. Get married. Have kids. They're human beings after all. Whether or not they stay in the spotlight during those events or lay low and live a more quiet life is up to them. I would still be thankful for their music and entertainment they've brought me during their careers. That's the most I can do as a fan. Is Twice over? Their have been worse controversies. Tzuyu was in a political scandal a little over last year and Twice is still fine. This "scandal" hasn't affected anyone except for the few "fans" who's view on these idols have changed. Even the legendary SNSD went through scandals and they're still considered queens. If you look at Twitter there a more tweets wanting to protect and support Mina and Bambam rather than tweets talking badly about them. They're still going on their tour and Japan is still excited for their upcoming Japanese debut. All the people trying to bait you into thinking that Twice's reputation is severely hurt...ignore them. It's not like they get to chose when a groups career should end. Conclusion... This too shall pass. Twice and Got7 are still growing and they're still becoming more popular. Expect some bumps on the road because it wouldn't be a journey without them. IGOT7s should focus on their comeback because Never Ever is one of their best songs ever released. Onces please wish for Jihyo to get better and for the rest of the members to get rest as well. Don't lose hope Come and get it! One in a Million! Anyway as long as there are no more photo leaks, this'll die down soon enough, pann anti's are gonna get their life for about a week but besides that things should be fine.
