i think the first crop is nicer idk and honestly at first i thought the photo was weird and didn't look like him but it's not that bad, at least it's better than #9

yeah my crop is a little close imo but i just did it quickly to show we can change the angle a little because in the first i think it's a little too angled and the hair looks quite large

 

but it's the best option we have so please vote for #1

 

but is the first one you sent even an option for voting im pretty sure the angle is different? I much prefer the one you sent here than the one that's actually the photo option for #1

for variety.. i don't think he's lacking rather he is a flower that hasnt blossomed yet, i genuinely think he has a lot of potential for variety but he is obviously quite shy which is understandable consider like 1 year ago he was barely even a trainee. I think being in WannaOne will be a really good learning experience for him for activities after W1. it doesn't help that YMC isn't exposing him to variety though, if they only push him as 'the guy with a small face' it's not gonna help him at all, we all know he's a lot more than that.. wish YMC would focus on the whole group rather than just a few select members.

yess i also kinda maybe think they're trying to push like deep dark image bc thats what he is kinda known for to general public, like during produce he was brighter than he is in wanna one's broadcasts (im not saying he's not happy on wanna one at all, im just saying how his natural personality seems diff from the one that is pushed on broadcasts now), and i remember i saw a fansign sticky note that asked why he doesn't smile in pics and stuff and he said bc its his concept. like i kinda feel like yes he's shy in real life, but they also kinda push a deep dark image to him, and thats why he is more quiet on broadcasts. like on produce, remember when like he was doing the maboy thank you message videos, and like when daewhi exposed him on wearing shoe insoles, like he is really bright in those. i also think that he doesn't talk much cuz he thinks he's not funny, and also like they said they slept like 30 min a day at that time, and i think bjy seems like he can get affected by tiredness more easily since he is younger than the other members, and like he was literally a normal high school boy right before. lolol maybe im totally wrong, but thats what i thought 

 

ahh yes i totally agree, i hope they stop pushing his concept and let him be himself even more, bc he would attract so many more fans from his genuine self. His bright smile is the most beautiful anyway haha
