I have a good feeling that Bae Jinyoung may truly rise if he did well in Spring Day perf, and he has a good possibility to stand out in a good way in this perf because:

- Lee Woo Jin, despite most probably being the better singer, imo his vocal tone wouldn't suit this kind of song much

- Yoo Seon Ho's singing skill is still very raw

- Based on previous Manse's perf, it seems like Kim Yong Jin's singing skill is not that great

- Kenta's expertise has always been in dancing. He can sing but I predict Bae Jinyoung might be better than him because Bae Jinyoung is more vocal focused based on his history

- Bae Jinyoung's vocal tone probably suits this song the most out of them and combined with his probable decent vocal skill, he can stand out the most out of this lineup if he did his part well

- Jinyoung's vibes and aura also suits this song so much especially combined with how he's styled that day. His beauty also compliments the flowery backdrop well

 

Considering these factors, I wouldn't be surprised if the comments about him being 'the most memorable' and 'did the best' out of them turned out to be true. And also it seems likely that Baejin indeed got the most parts considering his vocal tone being possibly suited this song the most. He probably got many challenging singing parts after Lee Woo Jin.

I hope he really can shine from performing this song.

From this video it seems like Bae Jinyoung did well in Spring Day and his vocal tone does match Spring Day a lot. It sounds so good

Since his individual fancam is released next Tuesday, I hope that will make his rank rise if he did well there. And from the snippet it seems like he really did well. His vocal tone really suits the song.

 

I was hoping his perf would be aired this week since it seems like his perf wasn't that anticipated. Too bad it didn't :(

The fact that they're the worse doesn't mean they didn't do well though. I can see why they're thought as the weakest considering the composition of the members compared to other teams, but that doesn't mean they did badly.

I'll just wait to see how it is by myself later. Tbh I have faith in Bae Jinyoung.

His vocal color indeed suits this song so much as I imagined. He picked well. Out if his team his vocal color shines the most imo. For singing he did decently. Tbh there are some parts that sounds like he shouted those and it's not the correct technique, but nonetheless he has a lot of potential as a singer. I'm glad he proved himself in Spring Day perf.

 

Bae Jinyoung's rank should rise! Rise please.

Yeah I think he has plenty of chance. Everyone was shook from his Spring Day vocal. Let's hope so.

If not, there's still 1 pick vote afterwards and his chance of surviving is pretty high when it comes to this. Also Bae Jinyoung clarifying about his gloominess will be aired. He basically will be viewed more positively and noticed more after all of this so there's a good chance he will rise.

I was thinking that he looks like the younger and prettier ver of Kashiwabara Takashi sometimes. His facial features look similar. Though Bae Jinyoung has smaller face and more delicate features.

yeah i'm scared that will happen too. tbh after talking to some other fans for another trainee (HN), i also feel like ranking slightly below top 11 is actually good next elimination. this way, fans will actually get desperate and vote harder.

 

pinky fans went crazy on OH just year to get her in   imagine if pinky fans didn't have the "wake up call" that pinky was dropping; she wouldn't have made it in.   so yeah, i also feel like next ep is actually gonna be beneficial if baejin ranks 12 again or something. the last thing we want is him rising, but his fans going "oh baejin rose so much i'm gonna help vote for another underrated and potential member fave for final round" ;---;  

 

I don't think so, since Bae Jinyoung and Pinky case are slightly different (it's funny how we use them both for this case since Baejin is Pinky's fan lmao). Pinky has always been in top 11 all the time before, and she's even always in the middle of top 11, that's why Pinky fans were relaxed and were so surprised when Pinky dropped so much after 1-pick. Meanwhile Bae Jinyoung had been out of top 11 several times, always barely hanging there around the tail of top 11 but didn't make it in. His fans wouldn't be that stupid to feel secured after Baejin rose to get in top 11 once, especially if they know the reason why he rose is mainly because of 2-picks and alliances. That means they cannot be relaxed when it comes to 1-pick. I think they really wouldn't be that stupid especially when we're talking about fangirls who are used to voting, not casual fans nor male fans nor general public who suck at voting.

 

Let's be more optimistic guys.

From Oh Little Girl practise snippets it really does seem like Baejin led the dance practise since he's in front a lot of times, and he's seen like teaching the other kids the dance. I hope more of this will be showed in next ep. I wanna see confident Bae Jinyoung leading the other kids

 

 

I was only wondering how they became classmates. But their homeroom teacher keeps on posting their photos together at school and she's actively promoting both of them with hastags mentioning her student. She keeps on posting photos of the two boys on her instagram. There is also a video of both them dancing Nayana inside the classroom.

If he didn't get much lines in Oh Little Girl, I wouldn't be that surprised since there are a lot of vocalists in his group (many are better than him) also his vocal tones doesn't compliment this song that much as well. If at least he got decent singing line, not just one word, I'm fine.

Btw his center perf in Hands on Me is just so awesome. He's so stunning and I'm still shook by it. I initially thought he wouldn't suit this kind of song due to his pretty boy looks, but boy he managed to make it up by his expressions and strong stage presence. His dancing is so great as well. He definitely has impressed me.

From being unconfident, kept looking at the ground, to an impressive center, I'm so proud of him.

I'm much older than Bae Jinyoung lol I like Baejin sorta as a little bro, because he's so adorable and appears to be so sincere from the get go. His sincerity and innocence what draws me in to him and that side is so endearing.

I still remember when he's holding onto his shirt nervously before starting to do the meringue. How cute

I actually think he seems to be pretty bright from the get go seeing his pre-show videos, especially from his Park Bo Gum vid and hidden box with Haknyeon. Also his pics with his classmates and Jaechan. Thus I was pretty surprised seeing how lacking of confidence and gloomy Baejin was in the beginning of PD101. But I'm glad he got to be himself as he got more comfortable and his confidence increased.

I am the eldest of 4 children and as the only boy, I always wanted to have a lil bro and wow, my big bro instincts were too damn high when I first watched Jinyoung's intro video. He was so cute! Everything else was history and seeing him in the actual broadcast made me love him even more thus cementing his position as my broduce 1-pick.

 

I can't tell you how much older I am lmao, but it's not just for a few years for sure hahah. There's a big age gap there.

The pre-show videos were what debunked that, especially in his hidden box video with Haknyeon. He's so cute and bright there.

I actually hate Bae Jinyoung's brown hair. The more I see it, the more I dislike it. It's like he has another different image with that hair.

To me Bae Jinyoung with black hair >>>>>. That shade of brown doesn't really suit him that well, especially considering his skin tone. He should've gotten darker shade of brown, not this light one

 

About the ship, I'm rooting for Bae Jinyoung x Lee Daehwi the most. This ship is the way for these two, there's no other solutions.

I'm okay with WinkDeep but Park Jihoon has too many other ships for it to even compete lol And I do prefer JinHwi over it.
