Hello! This is my first time on this thread. Well, I am just new in OH actually. 

 

My sister introduced me to PD 101 Season 2. This kid caught my eye for his Growl cover. Then I started to follow him and tried to search every video just to see him for like 00002 seconds.hehe. 

 

I don't know why I am following him but I can sense that there is something about this guy that I still cannot be named -- more than the potential (I believe that he's talented), visuals (I actually find him attractive in a cold and calm way) and humbled personality. 

 

I hoping to see much of him and cannot wait to see him grow in this show.

btw did you guys see, he's potentially doing vocal for the position stage   ahhh i knew he would pick that, super excited for him to show of his voice ;;; i hope he gains a lot of recognition and does well 

 

Thank you. I am also excited to hear his vocal. I know he can hold a note since he sang growl while dancing. And on the BIL performance, he was able to sing well (during the brief solo) even he already danced very hard.

Yes. I really hope he can make it and make us see how much confidence he gained. I believe that he is a nice kid also considering the number of friends that supports him.

 

About the bashing,  I saw lots of it on their BiL performance video. I don't usually post comments on youtube but I can stop myself  just to remind other people to give these kids some respect and appreciate all their efforts.

I think the stage 2 video of Maboy gift was taken on the same day they filmed the elimination round since all the boys are wearing the PD101 uniform. 

 

I am glad to see him smiling a lot lately. The camera angle follows his head movement, same as in the stage 1 when he look up.

He was on the 2nd for the visuals after Park Jihoon.

 

I'm sad when I read some comments bashing his visual and talent.

 

I still believe that he has more to offer. I will keep my faith on him until the end of the show.Hoping that Mnet will give him screentime.

Welcome to the newbies! Glad to see people supporting him. Also excited to see his birthday project.

 

I usually first visit this forum instead of the official PD101 S2 thread. I am also avoiding reading comments from youtube cause I cannot help myself but to comment also to give some words of wisdom. Lol. (But it is not successful)

I found it unfair to call people "talentless visuals" when you can only see these trainees for like seconds and some of them are trainee for less than a year.

I realize the Jinyoung is a 10-month trainee. Considering all his performance, I think he is already good for less than a year trainee.

I first saw his Growl performance and I was like, "Nice. I am s fan of E*O and I think he did a good cover. The dancing and singing is good and it doesn't look awkward to think that he is alone on the stage and that iconic song is always better to be performed by a group". I was not able to see his face that time but I already see his potential in dancing and singing.

Then I saw then second video when the C level is practicing the Nayana song and the trainor was clapping her hands to ask him to continue singing. I was thinking, "Boy, you have a nice tone. Just be confident and sing".

The third video is the BIL camera focus. I realized how talented he is in the video.That's also the time that I realized the he is attractive without trying to be cute. That video encouraged me to look for more info about him in the internet.

After searching some info about him, I learned that he's the one cover 'Growl'. And people are so hype about him.

I appreciate this kid for being talented and for his potential.

I also think that he has a good personality considering lots of of his friends supporting him.

It saw his introduction video, meringue time, eye contact and hidden box later after searching for him.

MNET was not able to give him decent screentime on the first four episodes.People cannot see his talent and potential. He is more than a visual.

Yes! I was also thinking about that. Looking all how his friends and teachers supports him, it signifies that he is a nice kid.

When I saw his photo is school,  I wonder if they still live in the dorm (like what we saw in Episode 2) or they already go on their home? I mean, do they go straight to school from dorm?

Yes. I remember during the elimination, one trainee mentioned that he already packed his belongings and planing to have a dinner with his family but he made it to first 60. 

 

Hope Jinyoung also celebrated his birthday with his friends in PD 101 and if possible, with his family.

 he will be a wall once one pick starts, international fans better watch out  as long as mnet doesn't give him evil edit, i would prefer no screen time than any evil editing :( but baejin is so pure i doubt they can manipulate material

I am patiently waiting for the fan cam tomorrow. It will be at 5:00pm here in the Philippines. I will be on my home from work at that hour so I need an hour and half after 5:00pm to watch the fam cams (knowing the traffic situation here) But still, I don't know if I am going to read the comment first to prepare myself. ;) I know and I believe the he will do well. U am more excited than nervous.

Wow just woow ...i was the one That didnt believe he is visual material before but this photo just wow me.n when they're in waiting room in ep 6 he really stood out the kost between other's

 

After That i rewatched all his screentime again n i guess he often didnt use make up in training time Like other's bt still manage to look good

Yes! He did good. Hope thar the KNetz will see his fancam and vote for him so he could go back on top 11.

 

I think, Jinyoung doesn't really realize that he has a visual and an attractive aura. Based from his friend, he is not considered good looking in their area. Maybe, that's why you can see he is so humble about his visual.

So I was reading the comments in youtube and the majority of comments are praising his talent. Others even mentioned that they did not expect that he can sing well, others also commented that they thought he is just a visual. I am so happy that people already recognize his talent!

He is only trained for 10 months. He can do a lot and there's a lot of room to grow his talent.

I was also get busy explaining and responding to comments asking why he was wearing an eyepatch. LoL.

I have the same hopes. I hope other entertainment company will notice him and see his potential. He has a raw talent and with a good training, he can do a great job. He needs a company who will train him towards his maximum potential. I also believe that he can learn past because HE IS A FEEDBACK KING.

Look how close they are. Those photos in IG shows that these kids are friends.

 

I actually did not expect Jinyoung to be this close with Daniel, I mean, you cannot sit on someones lap of you're not close. I never saw their interactions before and I am glad to see him having lots of friends (aside from the BIL team). I also saw another photo when he was talking with Playing with Fire members and with another group, mostly with trainees from dance position between Minki and Justin.

So today is the filming of concept evaluation. I'm excited and hope that Jinyoung will do great on this mission.

I've seen some fanaccs saying he did the dance really well too. Make me anticipate it even more ;__;

 

Yes. I also read some fan accounts that he did very well in dancing and the OP was surprised. 

 

I watched Episode 8 yesterday it seems like he and Jihoon are both studying the choreography through ipad. He dances well and I think he is a kind of a kid who can learn by watching (without any pressure, unlike in re-evaluation)

There is no previews aside from short clips. Only a photo of his with Jihoon. It makes me more excited to watch the concept evaluation. Do you have any idea on when will they release fancam? Or when will they air the performance? I also saw that video when he was learning the choreography along with Jihoon and Jung jung. He was dancing while the other trainees are practicing singing. I was thinking that he is working hard to improve himself and he's trying to come out on his shell to show his skills.

i feel like i havent seen much except for some brief group video clips and that ending with jihoon   oh, the glorious spring day era 

 

I don't know if I am the only one who did not saw any Jinyoung and Jaechan interactions in PD 101. I learned that they are classmates because I saw their photos together. Anyway, their teacher is so sweet to promote them and  even coming on the shows to support them,

I was only wondering how they became classmates. But their homeroom teacher keeps on posting their photos together at school and she's actively promoting both of them with hastags mentioning her student. She keeps on posting photos of the two boys on her instagram. There is also a video of both them dancing Nayana inside the classroom.

From Oh Little Girl practise snippets it really does seem like Baejin led the dance practise since he's in front a lot of times, and he's seen like teaching the other kids the dance. I hope more of this will be showed in next ep. I wanna see confident Bae Jinyoung leading the other kids

 

 

 

Yoon Jaechan is Bae Jinyoung's senior, not classmate. Baejin has mentioned it several times before, also Yoon Jaechan is older than hum

Nice performance! Jinyoung did well in dancing and singing. He also rankee 5th. I think that's the heighest rank he got among onsite voting?

 

Guys, do they still release invidiual fancams for the concept evaluation? Thanks. I'm kind of new in PD 101 so I don't know how the program flows.
