I hope she acts a bit more in the future too, even if it's small parts to gain experience and fans, but if she doesn't want to, I'll have to understand I suppose And Entourage was good once I shifted my perspective while watching it. I loved Eun Gab, Young Bin's Manager, and Joy Jung of course. I can't get behind Lee Kwang Soo though. And it seems whatever's been going on the past few days (with SM?) is pretty serious, i really hope it works out well in the end... She's had those tats for at least a month, I think. Honeystan 10,291 Posted January 2, 2017 Author Share Posted January 2, 2017 (edited) Every once in a while, I find myself wondering how much, if at all, Amber really wanted Shake that Brass as her title song of Beautiful or even on her album. I really think she wanted Beautiful to be her solo debut song. Not a single other song she's put out or written has sounded remotely even kinda similar to Shake that Brass. Not even Summer Lover, Heights, or Need to Feel Needed, or that Letting Go song she wrote with Ailee. All of her faster songs are just uptempo, not really dance tracks. She talks a good game about it being fun and stuff or showing off her fun side, and she's literally one of the best at hiding what she really feels, but it completely sounds like it was forced on her when I hear her interviews that say she wrote it weeks before putting out the album when everything else was written months or even years before Edited January 2, 2017 by Honeystan 3 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

At least from what she said i don't think Beautiful was the option for the main song, since it was supposed to be between STB and (at the time) unreleased song. Actually don't know if it was one of the releases from this year or if that's still waiting somewhere... Also speaking of STB, just saw this Although most of it is them complaining about the wrong way everyone is holding the instruments I watched that reaction video too. XD I was wondering if all of them are really that into their instruments. As an artist, I don't get upset when I see people misusing expensive paints, I just get upset they're wasting money I don't think any instruments were truly harmed in the making of this video . Also, things going on with Amber and her posts 1. She actually got hacked - or - 2. She's coming with a solo debut titled #Facepalm full of intense songs - or - 3. She's in a battle with SM - or - 4. Honeystan 10,291 Posted January 7, 2017 Author Share Posted January 7, 2017 Okay so I'm really late on everything since I've been busy, but I've been catching up on Entourage (RM to catch up to next!), and can I just say how Amber looked so good in episode 8 sitting on that sofa. She got a lot of screen time from ep 7. For some of her appearances, (some of the ones where she has no lines but she's just there as a reaction), some may see it as unnecessary, but I think her non-verbal reactions give insight as to how outsiders must feel about the situations her character was put in, as her character is 1) a foreigner 2)Still quite new to the industry 3) Carefree, but because of this, some of the decisions that may be tasked to her can show more character development, even if she's just a secondary character. Her acting is really good as well, seeing as this is her first acting role. I mean I don't want to sound biased, so, maybe it could be the role that was given to her (as we know they specifically wanted her for the role), but she really really suits her character, and some may say her expressions are overacting, but I think they are really good for her character and adds depth to her character despite of not having much screen time and lines. Man, my reactions are late, but I can't help to share it with you guys. This kinda turned into a [biased] review of some sort as well I'm sad RM and Entourage are finished :( But hopefully that means something big is coming up Hm, I haven't seen any comments about her overacting. I've seen a few people think she's underacting (a.k.a. not reacting enough), which I think is better in my opinion. She looked like a regular person in the scene rather than someone trying to snatch attention. I thought her acting was good as well. (Obviously needs a bit of work, but really great for her first time. I hope she gets more chances in small roles - without all the unnecessary English. I hate when foreign actors get English phrases tacked onto their dialogue all the time). Loved episode 13 and her acting there. So cute I thought most of her outfits were great (except for that white blouse when she was watering Eun Gab's plants the first time. It was a tad frumpy.). Saw that today Momo was also filming for that same foreign idols show, so i'm hoping we could see some interactions with Amber and her. They were on that radio show together already, but Amber was teamed with Sana there. ^^ Just not certain about if they were at the same place or what, since the report only mentioned KHD and Kangmin, so Amber and Ten might've been at some other school with a different guest? Amber posted a snapchat earlier of having gone to a filming location down near the bottom of Korea. I can't remember the name of it. I thought the other dude was Kangnam. I don't know.
