From the translation it meant they sold out 30,000 pre-orders in excess so they had to make more copies because of it. So meaning, the Pre-order isn't just an order by the retailers. But someone else can correct me if I'm wrong

This could be it. Generally preorder news articles only come for big groups. I am quite surprised articles for MXM are coming.

Probably cause BNM might have made only 30k albums and that too has been sold out in the preorders. That's why it is on the news. I am guessing. They might be printing more now.
