I have seen some comments about his skin but nothing too bad, mostly his fans discussing about why his skin condition worsened and that they still find him cute despite that. I haven't seen anything regarding a girlfriend? Did you see them on Naver, Pann or Twitter? I haven't really seen any negative comments/articles on Youngmin personally though. 

 

I don't think it's impossible (both him having a girlfriend unless BNM is very strict about dating or it being a rumour made up by other trainee stans) since he's gaining a lot of positive attention for being angelic leader 2.0. Like timelady mentioned, it will probably only get worse after the next elimination

It was basically a post asking people who their one pick are, and under the comments about Youngmin, I see some people telling others not to vote for a guy with a gf. The skin thing was mentioned by haters too in pann, and I saw a negative post about him (the op got a backlash for it though). The hate is probably really minor compared to other popular trainees, but I guess I'm just too used to Youngmin receiving only positive attention.

 

I'm glad I haven't seen anything bad on twitter though. But it's probably because he is so underrated internationally. Unrelated, but I'm really glad international fans can't vote or else he basically have 0 probability of making it to Top11.

 

 

 

 

 

 

ah we really should have seen this coming :/ While this is my first time hearing about it I can see that people have started to see him as actual competition. I fear it's gonna get worse when the next ranking is revealed especially if he takes the spot that they think their favs deserved :(

 

 

 

 

This is why I feel kinda conflicted now. At first I wanted him to rank real high in top 11 for the next evaluation, but now I just want him to make it in (maybe at 9/10/11) so that other fans don't hate him too much.

 

Btw what rank do you guys think Youngmin will get in the next evaluation? So far all the leaked lists have him in top11. Although the lists may just be random guesses, it shows that most people expect him to get in top 11 this week.

Youngmin is taller than Ong by a bit, is also bigger sized than him. His upper body is big (broad shouldered??) but his legs are super skinny. OP says he's also thin, and very 'blindingly handsome' with pretty eyes too. OP says that one will be surprised/sigh/exclaim when you see them, and that these kids can't be not considered as idol standard, and should definitely become idols.

Hi guys. I'm a jihoon stan but just wanna drop here to say this  I really like Youngmin a lot next to Jihoon and I hope he will be in the final lineup. He's really talented and of course an angel. I'll be stanning the BNM boys as well when they debut. It's hard to resist their charms and I can see them doing really well in the future. Hwaiting Alpaca

I agree 10000% about international fans not being able to vote. If ifans has voted i doubt he would've made it to the 30s that he was in before especially since he didn't get much screentime until the later episodes. 

 

 

 

 

hmmmm my guess would be from 10-15. While he was shown as 12th last time things could have changed a lot so i'm trying to not have high expectations. I honestly was expecting him to reach 20th from 27 so where he is now is still a surprise to me 

All this time i've been wishing for him to reach top 22 at least so it's still a little scary to hope for more

Ugh now he's not going make it pass the next elimination. He'll probably drop to 35 like Eunbin or maybe his team will win and he'll get the benefit and make it like Sira. I lowkey want this to happen so all them fans can just stay bitter, but he'll probably get hated so much so better if he doesn't.

 

edit. Youngmin probably going to get a high ranking this week. Them fans are going to drag him so much. I am not ready for this.

OK, I've come to terms with the fact that this scandal has basically destroyed Youngmin's chances of staying in the top 11. I can't even begin to imagine how devastated and heartbroken he must be feeling right now  Now all I want is for him to perform well for the concept evaluation and whatever happens afterwards happens. Even if he gets eliminated soon, at the very least we can wait for him to debut with the other BNM boys (let's all pray that Rhymer keeps him on the lineup). I really hope his talent doesn't go to waste and that enough fans will remain to support him through this.

Oh godddd I've had bad feeling about this when I first saw the pann comments.... Dating scandals are fucking stupid! I'm sure most trainees have dated/ are dating anyway, but they had to dig up this stuff about youngmin whyyyyyy

I'm devastated. There went his chance of debuting with top 11 by the end of this. God this so fucking sad, he's been doing so well and steadily rising and I finally began to believe that he would make it, and then this happened. I just feel so bad for him, he must be heartbroken. He's gonna have to watch his career go up in flames before it even began. 

 

If they're still together I hope he dumps her ass for basically destroying his career. It's pretty obvious she did this on purpose.

I still see a lot of Korean tweets defending him and saying they feel bad for Youngmin and are worried about his feelings. So I guess I'm still gonna hold on to the hope that only a small part of his fandom is affected by this. I hope Korean fans can still vote for him into top22 at least.

I just realised how emotionally attached I am to Youngmin after all of this. He was the one who caught my interest pre-show and as we got to learn more about him, I really began appreciate his passion, hardwork, talent and ofc personality. Like we basically witnessed him grow and gain attention and he was so so close to making it to top 11. He must be feeling devastated right now I can feel it TT

This is blowing up on Twitter as well, I'm really getting worried about his ranking but I notice that many of his stans (who were going to vote him as their one-pick anyway) are still defending him, saying that it doesn't matter if it's true and/or completely denying the possibility of it being true. Maybe as long as he keeps his one-pick stans, he will be alright (but I think the chances of him gaining new fans may be lower now so it may be harder to get into the top 11...  ). 

 

Hopefully, the remaining Youngmin stans remain mature about this and continue supporting him.

I personally wonder how BNM will handle this as well, lots of the twitter comments I read criticise BNM's official statement regarding the matter since now non-fans will be curious about it and read into it. But honestly, what else can they do? oTL

I am so sad like I want him to be happy like on that maboy video all the time but some anti had to be bitter about him and ruin this helpful, hardworking and happy person. I was like listening to downpour and tearing up thinking about how he must be feeling right now.

He is probably thinking that his dream is gone now. He worked so hard since young to be where he is now. Auditioned like 100 times. And when finally when he got to see that his hard work was paying off...this unfortunate thing had to happen.

i'm going find a bright side in this and see it as a way to filter out fans who never planned to stay for the long term anyway. If they turn their backs on him for a thing like this then i don't think they were truly fans. I personally became his fan because of his personality and hardwork not because of his relationship status so people leaving because of this never made sense to me. Anyway, i'm just gonna hope for the best. Whether he ends up in the top 11 or debuts later with bnm boys i'll still be a fan.
