I'm finally back after recovering from the 12k charity walk this morning. I'm still on lurker mode as I'm not done backtracking in the main thread. So much pages past talking about the spoilers I've yet to even lurk twitter to see if anyone has spotted him since at this point anyone who's survived are going to village to practice for the debut song.

I just realised that Youngmin's cafe on naver and daum are totally different. In the Naver cafe, he finally has 500 members (again, another big jump from 400 last week when i joined) with 600 - 700 visits a day and his daum fan cafe is about 707 members with 700+ visits a day. Seems his daum cafe is more restricted I can't access them without translating. In the naver cafe, everyone's so active they do an attendance check in when they vote (I wish i can vote coz I'd do the same )

I don't think the autotune is MNET's decision, it's more the producer who made the decision for stylistic purpose (it is future EDM after all)

It's interesting to know how these fickle pann girls will treat him if he's not eliminated and rank high? Would they feel "relieved" cuz he survived or turn their back to him again saying "he must've been eliminated for what he've done" Can't trust anyone.

I think the spoiler from the main thread with the pentagon admin really refers to youngmin. He's the only one that has a bigger rumour being eliminated so the fact that the he said y is saved, I think it's him. Or so I hopeeeee.

On a brighter note we get to see youngmin playing basketball in the next ep! Since his listed hobbies were Swimming and Basketball i'm really looking forward to see how good he is.

Also, I know no one will believe me when i say this but i actually wanted to see him swim too and not for thirst purposes. I already stan someone who never takes his shirt off and is shy even in skinny jeans w/ holes so youngmin and his 905486472956 layers are familiar territory for me lol. I just want to see how his swimming skills are seeing as how he was confident enough to include them there. 

 

I know you said you're not thirsty but your statement make you look soooo thirsty   I doubt he'll be able to see his swimming skills but maybe if he debut with BOI/OIO and do a dream boys-esque MV (YM the swimmer).

 

Does anyone actually know where we can get all this merch? Maybe i should change my overseas trip to Korea instead of Japan just for this merch

..............okay so alright i take back my thirst comment. I wasn't thirsty when i commented but now that you made me think of swimmer youngmin in a dream boys mv i'm rethinking my whole existence. I still think dream girls was the weakest release but if boys version has swimmer youngmin then i can say with full confidence that i already love it

I've actually contacted a few fansites to ask if I can contribute to any fundraising (the cup holder person actually got back to me but after she confirmed the payment she hasn't gotten back to me - I guess too much english to bear) but you barely get response. I doubt they'll even ship internationally since that's a lot of logistical stuff so I understand if they're currently only manufacturing domestically to get more PR and get votes there.

I think it's good to see that there are people who are worried coz it means he's gaining public recognition back. I'm not gonna trust the spoiler ranks and just wait it out till Friday. And plus! Guys we are gonna have a fun filled week with the fancams and mcountdown performance for open up.

Omg, Youngmin's naver fan cafe suddenly is at 550 already, I felt like I've only mentioned he had about 500 like a few days ago. It's growing fast!

 

Also, not sure if you guys know, but Youngmin actually only started learning rap like 6 months ago. So he's always been trained in dancing and singing. I'm low key hoping that he would get a subvocal/dancer position in the debut evaluation so that people don't just look at him as another rapper.
