I have a feeling we'll get it soon. I'd be so mad if we don't. We've all been voting it's just that Mnet is so cheap and so slow. They do not update those bars at the same time. It's like they go down the list of trainees and just update it and then it doesn't matter how long it takes. Like for example, this day only 5-10 trainees get their bars updated so they go up the rank either way while some of the ones at the top hasn't been updated because it hasn't been their turn yet. WHATTA MIGHT GOOD MESS

I'm just worried Mnet apparently did him dirty and gave him soooo little screentime despite his current popularity. Once other trainees got screentime next ep and he got none they can easily surpass pre-airing popularity... sigh

 

Mnet's favs so far (this ep): daehwi, ong seongwoo, jihoon, daniel, ahn hyungseob, cube kids.

yup, eg when jihoon and daehwi came into the room they at least had a good 1 minute with the camera. haknyeon had 3 secs T___T

 

and this entire ep his screen time doesn't add up to 1min tbh.

To be fair, Daehwi's cut is less than 2 minutes as well and we all know mnet loves him. I wouldn't worry just yet (now if Haknyeon barely gets any in the next episode, then I'm on panic mode).

 

I'm with you about the voting, though. For every show like this people vote multiple times so I don't get why it's suddenly so extremely important to try and prevent that. And this is not the way to go about it if they want to promote the group globally.

yeah, they want the boy group to do global tours and stuff but they arent even letting votes be global   a lot of people have already said they felt less close to the show now.

tbh initially i was kinda bummed out bc i do want to do my part in contributing to haknyeon's votes, but if the kr fandom have the capability to keep him high up there then i'm all good

I think he can still speak some Cantonese considering that he only came to Jeju during his 1st year of middle school. Still curious about his nationality/citizenship, though.
