which is why i'm concerned...hopefully, he gets his weekly screentime (he's probably one of the trainees with the most screentime) so the gp don't forget about him. but his fandom is no joke as well. they managed to make his votes higher by a whopping 500k votes than 2nd place. i don't think these are check votes since people most likely dropped him from their lists after he was shown as #1. 

 

but like jonghyun sweetheart please be greedier. i want to him to shine like his fellow trainees

guys, jonghyun's raps are kinda hit and miss for me tbh. sometimes, his rap parts are my favourite part of the song. sometimes, i cringe. especially when he do the growly thingy like in fear. don't kill me.

 

for example this song; his rap part here is *insert 100 percent emoji*. this song lowkey sounds like a tvxq song btw. meanwhile, climax is one of their best songs yet. 

 

 

what do you guys think?

 

I don't cringe at the growling part but I like jonghyun's soft and even melodic raps

54%    that's absolutely insane. i wonder how many of those choose him as their #1 pick. i'm content with whatever ranking he got as long as it's in top 11. he already sat on that throne. i am satisfied.

i think my absolute favorite rap part of jonghyun is his part in look and vvith. very relaxed rap kinda pseudo singing. i love it   we need more singing jonghyun.

All the songs already have the distribution. Judging from his dance position in spoiler pics Jonghyun got "rapper 1" part.

 

I think Rapper 1 is supposed to have the longest rap part already  I can only hear 4 rap lines from the recording...

Hi everyone! I'm new to this thread, although I've been a lurker for a while! I mostly participate in the main PD101 thread and the lobby. With school being over for me now, I finally have time to go on OH regularly, so I'm hoping I can participate in this thread more often! 

 

Anyways, I think I've caught up with PD101 news regarding Jonghyun. I find it sad that he doesn't have more lines, because I really like his voice. The struggles of being a fan of such a humble and hardworking idol

The parts are all have been divided but it's up to the boys to take the roles. Idk why he choose rapper 1 which has small part but my guess is he didn't want to be greedy by being a leader, ranked 1 and hog great amount of part of the song by himself.

 

Or maybe he just thought that others will do better job than him so he choose rapper 1 position. (Okay if this is true it's sad cuz i know he's more than capable to deliver more than 3 sec rap)

(not saying he's bad but he's totally forgettable at this point with his less than Sehun line)

but I think the company or song writer distribute lines right? he better right his rap so it last longer than 4s
