The placement of certain household items (how and where you rest your head in regards to north, south, east, and west affects your happiness) Also the use of warm, calming colors is preferred. I read that the front door should never face another door, but the door to the backyard is directly in view of the front door, and there is also a small bathroom right next to the front door, which I also read is bad feng shui.
