Jungkook is a better singer technically, but I prefer the timbre of Jimin's voice.

Among the vocalists it's Jimin who caught my attention first when I first started listening to BTS' music. I wish I could say they're both good but it's obvious that Jungkook's singing is stronger. Jimin sometimes sounds like he's holding back or treading too carefully.

JK's voice is like honey, it's a pleasure listen it. Although sometimes JM's voice does some thing that surprise me a lot.

In voice and preference, I choose JK (although my favorite voice is V).

Jungkook is obviously better. Neither is great tbh, they still lack, but JK is more stable and has better tone. Jimin strains a lot on his high notes.
