IMO, she looks her age. The difference is that she looks fabulous while an average 49 y.o. does not.

seriously, when my mother was in her 40s-50s she still had black hair and almost no wrinkles. Plus even if you're 70 you can still have black hair if you keep dying your roots black. My mother is 60 and she now has white roots but she keeps dying her hair dark brown. 

 

And I can see the age showing in Uhm Jung Hwa's face.

For a celebrity she looks around 5-10 years younger.  For a normal person I'd 15.  The works she's had done isn't perfect but she looks really good and at 50 what can you expect.  Way better than most.  Now consider celebrities that are coming on to 40 soon like Ha Ji Won...I think in 10 years those women will look even younger.
